Yes destiny is stronger for sure, as you said you never know what's going to happen later on in life, Alwaleed maybe will change his mind, but I see unfair that he is not giving her her right to have a kid of her own and enjoy being a mother.

Good speech by Amera @Cambridge CIS,she looks confident and I like that she wears her hair up because it looks more professional than open hair IMO.

I have read somewhere in this forum that women keep their name when they marry in Saudia Arabia unlike Jordan for example

well actually not only in saudi arabia but in all gulf countries. in islam women keep thier name when they get married ( khadija bint khuwayled and Aaesha bint abu bakr and all prophet mohammed wives kept thier names) it is only in some arab countries that they do carry husbands name but i'm not sure why?

actually in all arab world expect Jordan,in Islam woman is independent entity and her name is part of her identity that cant be taken away from her after marriage by carring her husband name.
so you can notice:
Lalla Salma still Lalla Salma Bennani.
Haya still Haya Bent Hussein.
Ameera still Ameera Altaweel.
only royal ladies in Jordan are the exception.

Article on P.Amira from Oct 30, 2011 ( I think it´s the long version of the article above):
Princess Tweets for Saudi Women: Ameerah Al-Taweel - The Daily Beast
“We want equal rights, we want what God has given us, the respect and the dignity to live as an equal citizen,” she says.
