Yes,every woman who marries into Serbian royal family automatically get HRH and is Princess in her own right...
So,she will be HRH Princess Ljubica, not Princess Michael as such thing doesn't exist in Serbian royal family.
No woman in the royal family has never been called by her husbands name,as this thing in Serbian language doesn't exist.
Calling a woman by her husbands name would look very awkward,laughable and would be prone to many issues with "playing with language" things.

In the presence of Their Royal Highnesses Hereditary Prince Peter, Prince Philip, Serbian Ambassador to the UK HE Mr. Ognjen Pribicevic, Sir Paul Judge, Chairman of the British-Serbian Chamber of Commerce and Patron of Cambridge Judge Business School, and Miss Dana Marinkovic, artist and the daughter of Cile Marinkovic, humanitarian exhibition of paintings was officially opened at “Gallery 106” in London. This event is only a prelude to a major charity auction and cocktail when the distinguished guests will purchase paintings by Cile Marinkovic and dresses by designer Roksanda Ilincic to help raise funds for the treatment of children with disabilities from Serbia.
