None of the descendants of the King have really dynastic rights but at least the majority do not even pretend to have such rights.

Of the Romanian Royal Family? Of course there is a head and every single European royal family accept that, try disputing it with the Swedish royal court who refer to Margareta as Crown Princess.
Crown Princess Margareta and her sisters have no aunts or uncle who could be king or queen and on their mothers side, all their uncles were princes...

The Romanian Prime Minister had resigned from office a few hours after The Crown Princess and Prince Radu had visited the Michael the Brave 30th Brigade of Bucharest.

Also Crown Princess Margareta was seen to be wearing the badge of the Marshal of the Military

In 2012 the Romanian Supreme Court of Justice recognized Paul-Philipp von Hohenzollern as as one of the heirs of his grandfather King Carol II. He is a nephew to the late King: Paul-Philipp is a son of the late King's elder brother Carol.

There is no throne. Margareta is heir to the headship of the former Royal House.
A position also claimed by Paul-Philipp.
And why not?

He claims it on base of a ruling of the Supreme Court.
Margareta claims it on base of a document written by her father.
Always go for your chances, I would say.
