What is really important today's gesture will be followed by the end of the legal story in Switzerland and by a recognition that what happened in august 2015 was a mistake. The three descendants of the King living in Romania should work together as a family.

Yes, whatever happens they're a family and should act like one.

Nicholas M-M has a great connection with people across Romania, it is always on display when he talks to those he meet. Such a bond is something the Royal Family, I'm sure, is more than aware that they can ill afford to squander when it comes to the future of the Romanian dynasty, in whatever form that will take.

Let's hope those that tried to keep him away from Romania in the last two years realize their mistake.

In what sense can they not claim, the very reason for the claim is them being descendants of the king and nobody not even you can make that dispute because there is no contender

Contenders for what? There is no Throne but only a possibility for the restoration in the future. If the Monarchy is restored only then there will be a debate in the Parliament to maintain the Succession Laws of 1866 and 1923 and to call the Hohenzollerns to reign or to look at the monarchists and the popular support and to.offer the Crown to Nicholas de Roumanie Medforth Mills.

As others have stated, that the Hohenzollern's are in line which they are not.. The very fact that anybody who doesn't descend from King Michael I and Queen Anne clearly shows that nobody apart from them will ascend to the Romanian Throne, the Romanians don't want a foreign royal family on the throne!! And as for the Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen's* you mean as the Hohenzollerns are the ones who rule Germany and Prussia whereas the cadet branch bears the title of 'Prince of Hohenzollern', not a single one of them has any rights to the Romanian Throne and nor are they interested, had they been then I suppose they would've staked a claim from which they would've been dynastically expelled by the head of the dynasty: Prince Georg Friedrich due to his support of the Romanian Royal Family

That is your unsupported view of a process that is not on the cards, and will not take place in that way at all, as has been clear for years, if not to say, decades now.
Romania has a Royal Family, who is currently not reigning. If the question of the monarchy returning continues to be a growing issue in Romania, that is where the succession, the future lies. Not in some uninterested, disconnected-from-Romania princely house in Germany, that absolutely nobody with any serious thoughts on the future of the monarchy advocates.

Only the Hohenzollerns from Suegmaringen have dynastic rights accirding to the Constitution of 1923. The fact Nicholas de Roumanie Medforth Mills is popular and is more known to the Romanians does not give him theoretically more rights than his Hohenzollern cousins.

Let me repeat for probably the 20th time, THE HOHENZOLLERN-SIGMARINGEN's* DO NOT HAVE ANY RIGHT WHATSOEVER TO THE ROMANIAN THRONE AS CLEAR THAT NONE OF THEM HAVE COME FORWARD AND ARE NEITHER INTERESTED
You seem quite adamant that your view is right whereas every single Imperial and Royal Family as well as governments have accepted the current succession, so what is it going to be.. all the supporters or the minority against the rightful and natural succession

What really matters is what the Romanians want. At the moment the popularity is with Nicholas de Roumanie Medforth Mills. This does not mean Monarchy will be restored soon.
Regarding Succession of former Royal Houses the debate starts with the last royal Constitution of each country. În Romanian the debate is so connected with the Constitution of 1923.

It's an incessant and pointless campaign to undermine the cause of monarchy, by advocating an unwanted, undesired and unrealistic idea.
What matters is what every politician in Romania knows and supports, by both respecting their position and place in Romanian society: the Royal Family are the ones representing the history of monarchy in Romania, and any future comes from them.

Even if Nicholas de Roumanie Medforth Mills seems to be popular among the royalists there is no majority for Monarchy at the moment.

Not sure what the popularity of someone who has no dynastic claim matters to the monarchical cause in Romania.

Likely because when it comes to a restoration the actual line of succession isn’t as important as who the people want to place on the throne. If Nicholas is popular and the monarchists support him, then his dynastic claim is irrelevant.

What does that say of the Swiss-born British gentleman Nicholas Medforth-Mills? Born from a British father and a Swiss mother? I would not play the drum of the Hohenzollerns being "foreign". All grandchildren of the late King are foreign. The two British Medforth-Millses, the two American Kreugers and the French Biarneix.

You are right. If the Monarchy is restored and the Parliament supports Nicholas de Roumanie Medforth Mills he will certainly become King.

You seem to ignore the fact that they were exiled, would you have expected the princesses to give birth on the borders of Romania?
One thing you're failing to understand is that nationality is one thing and another thing is lineage and being of a country your parents, grandparents are of

Until 2007 also for former King Michael himself neither his daughters nor his grandchildren were successors at all. It is purely because of an unilateral and personal change by himself (with afterwards a lot of modifications) that the named persons became "successors" at all.
They have as much a "claim" on a non-existing throne as you and me, or the Hohenzollerns in Germany, or King Michael's nephew Paul-Philippe von Hohenzollern, the son of his elder brother.
