It is curious that the Prince Consort presides over the majority of events at Elisabeta Palace these days.
The Custodian of the Crown is sometimes seen, but more often, not.
Princess Maria's profile is also more visible than her sister's nowadays.

Her Majesty Margareta and Prince Radu today begins a visit to the Croatia before Romania takes over the presidency of the Council of the European Union. The visit will take three days.
They arrived in Zagreb on the afternoon yesterday, on Sunday, 4 November where Mr. Constantin Mihail Gregory, the ambassador of Romania to the Croatia, met with them.

Today 6 November Her Majesty Margareta and Prince Radu met at the Presidential Palace with Mrs. Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, President of Croatia.
Also today were guests of the Zagreb City Hall, where they met the mayor Milan Bandic.

I don't think so.
We never see any EU monarch in Brussels when their country takes over the presidency.

On behalf of Her Majesty Margareta, on Monday, 26 November , the afternoon, at the Hall of the Throne in the Royal Palace, a ceremony was given to grant the Royal House Provider.
A total of 21 companies and individuals have received or assumed the status of royal supplier for a period of three years. The certificates were handed over by Prince Radu.

'Queen' Margareta and Prince Radu popped to Clarence House yesterday to see the Prince of Wales, they are old friends.
The meeting was broadcast in Romania on TVR [the Public Broadcaster [and this is a screenshot from their coverage].
