Her Majesty Margareta and Prince Radu arrived today in Poland, for a 3-day visit. At Chopin Airport in Warsaw, the royal couple was welcomed by the Romanian Ambassador to the Republic of Poland, HE Mr Ovidiu Dranga, and by diplomats from the Romanian Embassy.

Her Majesty Margareta bestowed the Cross of the Royal House of Romania onto three women veteran of WWII, in the memory of Romania's support given to Poland during the 1930s. Hanna Stadnik, Halina Jedrzejewska and Anna Stupnicka-Bando received the Romanian decoration.

Today, we celebrate the nearly 14 million volunteers from the 192 National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies around the world who do an amazing job every day. For them, we continue to applaud!

Viorica Luciana Călin, the head chef from Savârșin Castle, retired today, after almost four decades of working at the castle. Her Majesty and Prince Radu celebrated Viorica, together with her colleagues.

40 years at Savarsin? Wow. This means she worked for the previous "owner" (the Communist State of Romania) before the property was returned to King Michael.
 
On the occasion of World Refugee Day Her Majesty Margareta addressed a message, responding to the invitation of the UN Refugee Agency in Romania.



The renowned Swiss University of Geneva School of Diplomacy and International Relations today awarded the title of Doctor Honoris Causa to Her Majesty Margareta and to Prince Radu.
The event took place during the graduation ceremony of the 2020 promotion and was broadcast online at 14.00 (Swiss time).

Today 13 July , at Elisabeta Palace, in the presence of Her Majesty Margareta, and Her Prince Radu, the signing ceremony of the collaboration protocols between Her Majesty's House Association and the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in Bucharest took place. as well as the “Ion Mincu” University of Architecture and Urbanism.

how can she carry this titles or is it, like wiki says, the family themselves bestowed her&husband with "crownprincess and here even called her Majesty"?

It looks like the gardeners or so at Săvârșin received gifts from the royal couple, on behalf of the late Dr Duda? It looks like a nice tradition.

Every year, International Day of the Elderly is celebrated on 1 October. Today, Her Majesty Margareta sends a message to the participants in the national conference "Good Practices for a Beautiful Old Age", organized by the Royal Margareta Foundation of Romania.

On Thursday, 8 October , in the garden of Elisabeta Palace, Mr. Presidential Adviser Sergiu Nistor presented, on behalf of the President of Romania, two medals of the Romanian State to the Association of Her Majesty's House. The event was attended by Her Majesty Margareta and Prince Radu.

On 12 October Her Majesty Margareta and Prince Radu met with the cast of the Romanian movie Between Pain and Amen (2019), based on the "Pitesti Experiment", one of the most odious communist re-education programs. The film is on Netflix Romania and won 34 international awards
