No but she will be considered as the Head of the Royal House, see the Prince of Wales making an official visit to her. She does not use any title. The prefix "Her Majesty" is used, but "Mrs" will do as well.

I think expected her to stay a Crown Princess like in the Serbian family and that’s why it sounds weird to my ears.

I can't believe it's been two years since Queen Anne's death already. Time does go by very quickly.

And this Custodian of the Crown has apparently returned her invitation to her nephews wedding, unopened. Nor very classy of her.

The unopened envelope was reported by a few sources but Marlene Koenig have made a correction on her blog post saying that the invitation hasn't been returned unopened.

Apparently they do everything every royal family "in office" does, except state visits.
They do embassadorial receptions in the new year, hand out orders, do working visits abroad, do speeches in front of the romanian parliament for special occasions, receive foreign politics!
I think it is somewhat inconsequent of the romanian politicians to let the royal family perform all these duties while at the same time sticking to the republic. Perhaps because of the instability inside this family and their quarrels...?
