Let's hope the royal couple will be able to return to their official resedence at Elisabeta Palace. Bucharest has very good doctors that can help the King and the Queen.

The King and Queen are comfortable where they are now, and there is no need to wish for a change of location, when there is no improvement to their health to be gained from it, and the stress of travel and in all fairness, the whinging of some supporters in Romania, will not in any way benefit Their Majesties in their current conditions.
They have a comfortable home in Switzerland where they have all their needs met, and where family and friends can visit them in privacy. There's nothing more to ask for under the current circumstances.

Though this was not perhaps widely known, Queen Anne was a talented artist and had her paintings exhibited several times.
In her youth, she had studied at the Parsons School of Design in New York City.

His Majesty and Their Royal Highnesses spend together family moments in the days before the great feast of Easter and Holy Week.
King Mihai I is permanently surrounded by an eminent medical team members of His Majesty posted to Switzerland and two Orthodox nuns. His state of health is stable"

Apart from visits from Margareta and Radu, does King Michael have other family members with him? I find it strange and sad if he's all by himself (without family).

On June 26, 2017, CP Margareta and Prince Radu arrived in Switzerland to visit and spend few days with His Majesty King Mihai at his private home.
His Majesty's state of health is fragile but stable. King Mihai is quiet, has soulful appreciation and appreciates the care of his medical team. Along with the King, they are permanently employed by His Majesty's House, detached in Switzerland, and two Orthodox nuns.

But the question remains: why in Switzerland? I am sure the King will have the best care available in Savarsin Castle in his homeland Romania. It is strange that the King, also when in good health, never did opt for residence in Romania.

His Majesty continues to stay daily under close supervision of physicians, medical staff of various specialties, and in the presence of devoted members of the staff of His Majesty's House, stationed in Switzerland. Two Orthodox nuns continue to be in the private residence, detached by the benevolence of the hierarchs of the Romanian Orthodox Church.
The King is in a fragile but balanced state of health. His Majesty is in a good mood."

"Princess Maria is in Switzerland to be with King Mihai on his Majesty's birthday. His Royal Highness spends a few days at her father's private residence.
His Majesty continues to be under the permanent supervision of doctors, following the usual treatment of recent months.
On Wednesday, October 25th, when His Majesty will be 96 years old, the Royal Family hosts two important events dedicated to King Michael in Bucharest. Crown Custodians will decorate, on behalf of His Majesty, a number of 14 personalities from Romania and Europe at the Royal Palace Hall. In the evening, Princess Margareta, Princess Radu and Princess Maria will take part in the charity concert organized by the Princess Margarita of Romania Foundation at the Romanian Athenaeum. The concert has reached its tenth edition and is organized to raise funds to support the annual Talent Youth program."

The four jeeps in his Majesty's collection, two of which have a historical connection with Romania and the Royal Family, arrived at the Săvârşin Royal Domain last week.
For 70 years in England and then in Switzerland, the four World War II military cars have every story, but they have accompanied King Michael and Queen Ana all their lives."
