Prince Radu has started today a three-day visit to Moldova. He is accompanied by a large group of businessmen from Cluj, a delegation of City Hall in Săvârșin, as well as representatives of Timpul magazine. Prince Radu meets Moldovan Parliament Speaker, Mr. Andrian Candu, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy, Mr. Octavian Calmac, Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Eduard Grama, the president of the Academy of Sciences, Professor Gheorghe Duca, and the mayor of Chisinau, Mr. Dorin Chirtoaca. Prince Radu will lecture on topics of national security at Military Academy "Alexandru cel Bun".

Princess Muna of Jordan has received the Grand Cross of The Order of the Crown of Romania by Crown Princess Margareta in a special ceremony held at Peles Castle. A formal dinner took place afterwards.

Their Royal Highnesses Crown Princess Margareta and Prince Radu of Romania have started a week-long visit to Switzerland in connection with the International Red Cross and the Red Crescent.
The first few days will be spent taking part in a program designed for volunteers of the organisations, called the “Movement Induction Course”. The royal couple will also meet the Secretary General of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent, Mr. Elhadj As Sy.
Later in the week, Their Royal Highnesses will spend time with Crown Princess Margareta’s parents, King Michael and Queen Anne.
I think Margareta looks fabulous!

Following the transfer of the headship of the Royal House to Princess Margareta at the end of March this year, a few minutes of documentary was put together with pictures and events showcasing some of what she has done since the family returned to Romania.
