The little one has the names Désirée Elfrida Christina, the name Elfrida is a family name in the Andrée family, its most famous bearer was Elfrida Andrée, the first female telegraphist in Sweden, as well as the first female cathedral organist. She was also a composer and a conductor.

Vicky told about the name of their daughter, that Elfrida comes from her mother's family. Is Vicky's mother Elisabeth Malm from Andrée family, since Andrén comes from her father Kenneth Andrén.

Princess Christina delivered in March the grants for medical research from King Gustaf V and Queen Victoria's Foundation of Freemasons. Totally 5,15 million SEK to 17 researchers.

Also pregnant is Emma Magnuson, née Ledent, the wife of Oscar Magnuson.
They have already a son Albert, born on February 10th 2013

Gustaf Magnuson has today his 40th birthday. On his 30th birthday he kept that great masquerade ball a couple of weeks later than his birthday.
 
Svensk Damtidning had called to Gustaf Magnuson soon after his 40th birthday.
Congratulations, Gustaf, how did you celebrate your birthday?
Gustaf tells that they were in Ingarö with his closest family, they chose not to have a big party. The greatest present was that his daughter Désirée took her first steps. Gustaf tells also that they ate crayfish, like always on his birthday.

Vicky Andrén Magnuson tonight at Damernas Värld -magazines Guldknappen gala. Guldknappen is a prize given to a swedish fashion designer to promote swedish clothing design. This year's winner is Nina Bogstedt, head designer and creative director at Filippa K. Vicky is wearing a dress from Lars Wallin.

I saw in Svensk damtidning that Viktor Magnusson and Frida Bergström become parents to an other son, Sigvard on 25th of August

Apparently in private the princess is what we in Sweden call a "kulturtant" = "lady of culture" which means a middle class woman of a certain age interested in cultural activities and very often dressed in colourful, loose fitting clothes made of natural materials.

Tord Magnuson attended at Operakällaren Foundation's Breakfast Seminar on 7th September. Operakällaren Foundation organizes every year in September seminars, charity golf, banquet and charity auction, all proceeds go to UNICEF and their work with water projects in Africa.

Princess Christina delivered on 7th October the Solstickan Foundation's Solstickepriset (SEK 150000) to Lars H Gustafsson, pediatrician and author, because he has "for a unique way, vigorously and tirelessly worked with the aim to increase public understanding of children and to raise society's forces for the best of children". Princess Christina is the Honorary Chairman of the Foundation.

I wish more of the current event of Princess Christina was covered by the website of the Royal Court as well. It seems like she has a great deal of engagements.
 
I agree Kingen. She is a great lady and does alot of good for Sweden.

Princess Christina's work events aren't at the court website because she isn't a member of the Swedish Royal Court. So we just have to use Google or something else to find her work events. I'm sure I haven't found all of them.

I'm aware of that, but there is always room for wishes! And when the Court recently has published press photos of Princess Christina, there is more reasons for changes :)
