As for Carl Philip and Sofia...as we can all see with these photos, when you are involved with a person in the public eye such as a prince, there is nothing about your past that the media will not find out.

I think someone is giving too much power to the junior member of the Royal Family. Given the quality of her choice of partners, I do not feel that she is qualified to decide who her brother prefers. He may or may not end up marrying her...who knows. In the meantime, the family should give him the benefit of the doubt. Of course, considering what they put Daniel through, their approval may not be forthcoming. I say, "lighten up, all of you. It's his choice." Oh, and Merry Christmas!

Sorry,but I think the Swedish monarchy goes down,when the Prince marries an ex-model or pornstar,the fairy of monarchy is completely disappeared,it becomes a theatre full of bad taste.I think his parents are ashamed of it,the mother without any doubt and I understand Madeleine's feelings.
It seems that he doesn't have an aristocratic taste of bride.
I think many past Swedish kings will turn in their graves if Carl ever marries her.Sadly I think the royals selfdistruct nowadays.I hope that Victoria gives birth to a child in order to preserve the respectful borders of monarchy.
But if his heart choice is this woman then ,let her be,maybe it's better not to be hypocrite and marry who you want.

As to this particular thread, I agree...anyone who chooses to have a relationship with someone who is a public figure should be prepared to have their life examined under a microscope...maybe one even more powerful than the one used on public figure.

How do we even know if this story is true? Maybe it's just Not Done for girlfriends/boyfriends to spend Christmases with the family before engagement. Does anyone know whether Daniel or Jonas have been invited in the past?
The King and Queen probably treat their children equally so I'm not too sure about the 'junior member' part.

This sounds scary, really scary. 
I'm still hoping someone will knock some sense into him. The more they are together, the more dirt from her past is being disclosed.
As for Madeleine not wanting Sofia there over Christmas, I might be mistaken but I don't think that Daniel, Emma or Jonas were celebrating Christmas with SRF before so why should she? Thanks God, they are not even engaged until now.

I'm very disappointed seeing the pictures above....She seems so crude, even though she was nude in the pictures posted before, she seemed softer...now she just looks wild and vulgar to my eyes!

 True. These pictures are from New York. Even though my friends did similar things at parties etc., I would never do anything like this.

I dont think everybody dance and do things like that. I dont have any pictures similar to them because simply I have some dignity, some level of behavior. And I am younger than her...

Oh c'mon. She is a girl in her 20's who was on a party and maybe got a little tipsy. It's totally normal to get a little carried away on a party. No-one here can honestly say she has complete control over everything she says or does 24/7. Don't tell me you are all saints. 'Cause then you're lying. That's for sure. So give Sophia a little rest and let her be a perfectly normal human being once in a while.
