Nice Pics! Victoria does indeed look great but more than that, she looks happy. I think that she is maturing and becoming more at ease with herself while performing public duties. :)

I think she has coloured her hair. It looks very dark and not like her normal colour.

Victoria looks the best I think I have ever seen her look! I like her hair long like that. About her hair being darker, I would say this is probably her natural colour. Look at her parents' hair?
