By the way, good videos, very interesting.

Well when Sweden royals visited Norway in 2005 Haakon escorted Victoria and Mette-Marit was walking behind right next to Martha-Louise. The pics of this are below. So similarly I believe that had Mary been there we would still see Fred escorting Victoria as that is the traditional protocol for such an event and Mary would likely be walking in with Joachim or another Danish royal.

See this is why I shouldn't go to sleep! I miss too much!
Victoria...beautiful dress! hideous tiara Why does she insist on wearing it?
Silvia...nice dress, MASSIVE tiara. That is what you call a tiara.
Margrethe...all round great for the Queen
Surprise visit from Mary was nice, I like her coat. She has very good taste for coats!

Ihavn't looked at the video, but on Danish TV last night each family was speaking their own language. Danish and Swedish are very closely related, so it's not too hard for someone who speaks one to understand the other.
I noticed Margrethe was speaking more clearly than normal though, there's still a few differences between the languages you have to watch out for
By the way, I just looked up the route they'll be taking to Rådhusen today, and I live just about on the route, so I'll try to grab a few photos and upload them here later :)

I love Victoria's tiara, she should just hide the base better.

Right now, Danish TV shows live from Copenhagen. The royals have just started a carriage ride through Copenhagen, three carriages and lots of horse riders.
Unfortunately, we have rain these days after a long period with beautiful spring weather - so they use closed carriages. QMII and King Carl Gustaf is in the gold carriage.
