Princess Benedikte as Patron has attended the general meeting of the Association of Ballet Friends at the Royal Theatre in Copenhagen on October 2nd. During the event she presented the two biggest prizes of the Ballet Friends - the Honorary Award 2012 and the Applause Prize 2012 to ballet director and character dancer Sorella Englund and to character dancer Jette Buchwald:

In her role as Patron of the Olave Baden-Powell Society Princess Benedikte has been in Brunei from November 25 - 27, 2012.

During her visit she presented Queen Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha with the membership badge of the Olave Baden Powell Society and visited projects in connection with girl guides and scouts.

Princess Benedikte as Patron of the World Breeding Federation of Sport Horses attended the St.Georg Award 2013 in Essen, Germany on March 21, 2013. St.Georg is a German magazine for equestrian tradition and breeding.

Princess Benedikte and Princess Nathalie have been in Berlin, Germany, yesterday, April 10. They attendeded a reception at the Danish Embassy to present Denmark as the official partner country of the World Equestrian Festival CHIO Aachen 2013.

Princess Benedikte as Patron of the Danish Equestrian Federation together Prince Richard attended the finals of the Danish Championship in dressage at Broholm on June 9. Princess Nathalie participated in the finals and won silver.

Princess Benedikte as Patron of the I.P. Nielsen Foundation has distributed grants of the foundation at the Art Museum in Tonder yesterday, August 2nd. The foundation provides support aimed at benefiting children and young people in Southern Jutland, including the educational development of Southern Jutland schoolchildren.
