I think Princess Alexia of Greece is the image of her paternal Grandmother Queen Frederika

I find this odd, but neat at the same time.

They are both slim and they both have long brown hair.
But Marie is about 10 cm shorter. She has a bigger nose and a longer and bigger jaw. She gets more easily tanned.
As QMII has said in an interview they are very different.

what i find puzzling is the big difference between frederik and joachim, who do not look alike a lot apart from their colouring...
while joachim's sons, especially nikolaj and little henrik, are quite similar to their uncle.
but for now, the most striking similarity is in my opinion the one between frederik and isabella, who is practically a mini-me female version of frederik.

has she said that in a clip or in an interview? it would be fun to hear her words.
well from what we could see of the little princess. we'll have a frederik mini-me number 2... as for christian, his colouring is frederik's and his face is a mix between mary and frederik. elvis for the moment seems to look like his father more than christian does. when they discuss new children at home ( ) mary should agree and try to see if she can manage a mini-me version of herself...

Here are pictures where the resemblance is showing.

And I have always thought Frederik and his cousin Alexia (Anne-Marie's daughter) looked very much alike, so Alexia is perhaps our best guide to how Isabella, as the female Fred, will look as an adult.

I have never thought about that , but your are quite right IMO.
Alexia could benefit from a jog now and again IMO, though

absolutely right, alexia really looks like frederik and isabella could grow up looking like her.
on the other hand, as it has already been said in this same thread prince pavlos is quite similar to joachim, they seem to be siblings much more than frederik and joachim do.
funny to see how these greek-danish genes mixed up...

I agree. Princess Alexia and CP Frederik look like they could be siblings. I wonder if any of Alexia's children resemble Isabella?

Actually I think Alexias daughters look a lot like the daughters of Letizia.
And come to think of it. Grandmother Sofia is sister to grandfather Konstantin?
Some one has any photos?

Sorry the families of Greece & Spain are mixed in together (Pavlos' kids mixed in with Alexia's and Cristina & Elena's kids mixed with the Felipe & Letizia's girls).

Princess Nathalie of SWB son favors his uncle, Gustav, in my opinion.

The main resemblance I've always seen in Alexia's kids is in her oldest daughter Arrietta - I think she looks just like a young Anne-Marie, so we can expect her to be as beautiful as her grandmother when she grows up.

Is it me or does her husbond have a striking resemblance to her father Richard and her brother Gustav?

I think it might be due to the way he wears his hair
