Sorry to be dumb but who are the older children? I have to say apart from the Queen and her family I don't know many other members of the family apartfrom her sisters

No such thing as dumb questions, only dumb answers.
The two older children are Richard and Ingrid, children of Princess Alexandra and Count Jefferson. - They are the ones who recently moved from Paris back to Germany.
Prince Gustav and Carina Axelsson were there too.

How wonderful to see that Anne-Marie came along this year, the pictures of the three sisters on the bench is terrific. I love this one in particular, Anne-Marie looks more and more like her mother. It was also nice to see Alexandra and her little family, Richard has grown so much, I almost couldn't recognise him.
Josephine looks like a strong-minded little lady who don't believe in taking no for an answer That certainly isn't a bad thing though. Compared to his twin sister, Vincent seems a little more laid back, I loved it when he was hugging Mary It might just be me, but I think that the twins are really beginning to look a lot alike. They were very different-looking when they were babies, but now they really look like twins, so to speak. The two big ones are equally as sweet, it looks like they were seeing who could swing higher in this picture; it's also very nice to see how close Isabella is to Henrik (the elder).
Joachim's children are lovely too. It always amazes me just how good Nikolai and Felix are with their younger siblings and how they always take time to play with them and explain them things. When I was Nikolai's age, I just pretty annoyed by my younger sister It looks like the little Athena is just learning to walk, at least in this picture she's got two cousins and an grand-père eager to help her.

I look forward to this photo series every year. Always nice to see the children and how they've grown. It looks like Nikolai, Richard and Christian have all had growth spurts lately. They're going to be tall boys, especially Christian, IMO.
I sympathized with Josephine having to wait for the swing! Waiting your turn isn't fun, even as an adult! I loved the pictures of her having a ball when she finally did get a turn.

My goodness have these kids shot up over the past year!! Especially the boys, but I so love those adorable twins. This really is the 1st year we can see their personalities out in full force and Josephine certainly knows what she wants and when, doesn't she?
Love all the pictures and thanks so much to those who found and then shared them w/us!!

Josephine & Vincent both have grown a lot! They are cute. The girls wore some pretty nice dress.
Also love how close Isabella is with Henrik and its adorable when she tried to give little Athena a hand.
Joachim and Marie's kids are lovely, quite well-behaved. Love that the pics of Athena smiling at Grandpa Henrik and with her big bro Nikolai. Also good to see that Marie seemed to be close to Margrethe.

And the cuteness factor goes up one more notch.
Video. Vincent og Josephine i hopla
A BB video of the DRF, in particular the twins, at the changing of the guard.
Not sure what the twins are doing, but it's fun to watch...

Thanks for the DR1 video, Roskilde.

It seems to have changed place, so here is the new link:
A couple of things I noticed. It was Nikolai who called for Athena to sit on his lap during the group shot. - A super older bother, eh?
It was indeed Josephine who called for her mother.

A very relax photo shot, but what a sad thing to see Prince Gustav and Carina still unmarried and even without children .

Muhler, those videos were cuteness overloads , thank you for posting. Near the beginning of the video, they filmed a fairly large crowd, I didn't realise that members of the public could watch the photo shoots at Grasten Slot too. I thought it was only cameramen/paparazzi.
Thank you everyone who posted videos and photos of this year's photo shoot. I particularly like the photos of Christian and Isabella pulling the twins in the cart. I also like the photos of Queen Margarethe and her sisters on the bench- like others here, I thought it was nice that Queen Anne-Marie attended; I hope she attends next year's photo shoot .

My pleasure.
No, there were none outside the press inside the garden during the photoshoot at 10.30.
However there was a crowd during the changing of the guards at 12.00.
This explains it all and also where everybody was and when: https://app.box.com/s/fhcvklbjb3uib1ngk0hb
The changing of the guards is always a crowd pleaser, but when QMII is in residence outside Fredensborg or Amalienborg, the conscript guardsmen are usually selected from those who come from that particular part of the country. In this case Southern Jutland, so many relatives show up to watch their sons and daughters stand guard for Her Majesty.
Joachim, when he served in the now amalgamated Dronningens Livregiment, also stood guard for Queen Ingrid here at Gråsten Slot, because that regiment provided guards for Queen Ingrid outside Fredensborg and Amalienborg.
Should Mary sometime in the future become a widow, it will not be unlikely that a regiment would get the honor of guarding her residence, when she lives outside Copenhagen, while the Royal Lifeguard will guard king Christian. She will after all still be a majesty.

And just as we thought it couldn't possibly become anymore cuter. Kongefamilien forsøger at få styr på familiefoto'et | GO'
Here the family is trying to find their places for the group photo, that's a bit complicated with no less than 22 present.
But notice at 0:45 or so, where Josephine is caressing Vincent's hair.
