I´d like to know how is it in Belgien now when a prince is born. Will princess Elisabet stay the "future crown princess" or shall prince Gabriel push her aside? I think the first born child should stay The First Born.

yeh Elisabeth is and will stay the futur crown princess , Gabriel will always be behind her in the sucession; I think that's a good thing , equal rights.

Equal rights is a beautiful thing, I too belive that the first born should succeed.

I (dont know about anyone else) seem to see that Elisabeth looks like her stunning and beautiful mother where as Gabriel looks like his father... I could be wrong, however Elisabeth has always looked like her mother..... :)

Here is an article clipping ( a quickie however) of only a few lines from the second page of the Sacramento Bee. I dont know if anyone else has seen it who lives here in Sacramento, but, thought that I would share it. It is from the names and faces section from this Saturdays paper.

P.s - Sorry that it is flipped on the side, when I scanned it and saved it, I forgot to fix it....!

Great pictures Martine! But no Elisabeth to take home her little baby brother?

Will there be another formal presentation of Gabriel, too, as there was with Elisabeth? There was one in the hospital, one when she left the hospital and one back at the palace with the grandparents and Phillippe's family. Or all those presentations only because Elisabeth is the future Queen?

no Elisabeth wasn't there :( They said that the all those people who were there would upset her. i think they might be right about that...

no there won't be an other presentation i think. the one with Elisabeth at the palace was the same day she came from the hospital and there wasn't one for gabriel yesterday.
I've heard that Princess Mathilde wants to keep Gabriel out of the media for the next two months untill she goes back to work

Very impressed that little Gabriel could keep on sleeping through all the medical personnel, press and well-wishers watching him leave the hospital. Hopefully that means that he is a good sleeper and will sleep through the night for Mathilde and Phillippe's sake.

no plans yet i think (i haven't heard anything) , i think they might do it right before christmas like Elisabeth.

I don't think there will be any gabriel pics soon , Mathilde and Filip said that they want to keep Gabriel out of the press for the next 2 months (like they did with elisabeth) , i think the next pics of Gabriel will probably come with elisabeth's second birthday
