This was also the point I was trying to make - it s just a question of practice. I also like the South African accent - I think it makes things sound clearer, and as you say, elegant.
I also think what she said was much on point (although I found the link with sports a bit tenuous) but I still find it slightly ironic given the heir situation with the twins. Nothing to do with Charlene (as I said), Gabriella may well have more choice but still... ironic.
She looks good in the St. Jean pic - I like that shade of blue. She does seem to have embraced her Catholic faith and found comfort/guidance in it. As to whether she attends mass more than anyone else how do we know that? Caroline, for example, is also known to be a regular mass goer.

It is not the Saint Jean day, It was the fete Dieu fest. The Saint Jean day will be on june 23th, this day, there is no mass only a fire is lighted on the place of the palace.
The fest of Fete Dieu is more religious. In Monaco, there are masses in Monacoand there is this procession in the place with the attendance of the sovereignor the princely couple or as yesterday, Princess Charlene the wife of the sovereign.

Indeed, they are. And each summer I enjoy those wonderful pink and white flowers placed at the balcony/arcades - so nice!
Here's another large gallery:

Another great gallery of pics from yesterday's Fete Dieu. The pp galleries are always good, their pics sharp and good to enlarge.

The newly renovated courtyard does indeed look absolutely fabulous! It is not yet fully completed as can be seen on some of the pics. P Charlene looks amazing too, very calm and at peace. I think it is good that she takes on more duties in Monaco, thereby staying close to the twins.

So Fete Dieu, or " Fite de Dieu" as Daily Fail calls it-is just a "ROMISH FESTIVAL"??!
Can these writers possibly be any more ignorant? I am beginning to suspect they aren't even real writers, just trained mechanical monkeys.
What an embarrassment.

Moonmaiden 23, you are right, DM publishs good photos but there are always mistakes in their articles.
Fete Dieu is a big religious fest and not a romish festival, these reporters are very ignorant. are they only reporters?

The pictures are absolutely breathtaking! And the courtyard & balcony always amazes me with its beauty, in fact whenever I first see it I think of this historic & classic picture: https://images.search.yahoo.com/imag...01&fr2=piv-web
Regards faith, it's a very personal thing, and private, not to be judged by how many pictures are taken. jmho.
Charlene grows more beautiful inside & out as each year passes, especially this year with the birth of her twins.
Prince Albert proves patience truly is a virtue. I recall over the decades how everybody kept asking when is Albert going to get married, et al, but he didn't let any of that deter him. He didn't let the pressure get to him, even from his own family, he waited until he was in his 50's to marry Mrs. Right.

^^^. Quite right, Lady Nimue. P Albert stood by what he firmly believed. And I also think he deserves some credit for the way he has supported and guided his wife over the past four years. I also admire the fact that he's not afraid to show his affection for her.

Good for her! May her example be a blessing to all the family!

A video on the recent St Devote Rugby tournament presented by the P Charlene Foundation. It includes nice little videos with the Princess regarding her rugby and water safety programs.

Princess Charlene gave awards to pupils who win the first prize of fthe' sanppers pour tous'
Snappers for all is an idea of Princess charlene , she wants that all the children could learn about the sea and could visit the ocean museum, she also wants that this prize is for children who are not very rich and had difficult in Learning.
Many class of children came to visit of Monaco and of Nice and in the other french towns, after they do a video and send to a jury and the first prize is to visit during two days Monaco with a lot of visits, trips on the sea.
This event is supported by the princess Charlene foundation, the accademy of Nice and Monaco

Princess charlene is very busy this times while Albert is busy away of Monaco, they are sharing the events.

Beautiful joyous pics! Princess Charlene truly does have a way with children, lovely to see.
Lol I can't wait till her twins learn how to swim, they'll probably be Olympic swimmers like their mother.

Nice to see P Charlene at work again, and her Foundation involved locally. Looking forward to Mare Nostrum this weekend. Hopefully P Albert will be able to join her at the meet.
Yes, Nadine, I can see them participate in a wide variety of sports, and swimming is bound to be one of them ( probably bobsleigh too). Maybe one of them will even become Monaco's first Olympic Gold Medal winner! Getting way ahead here....!

Princess Charlene has a great, big heart. I love the idea of giving underprivileged youngsters a chance to visit the Oceanic Museum and learn about the wonders of the sea.
It's going to be a fantastic experience for them.

I like seeing Princess Charlene involved with children (and even more with children and sports.) She always looks like she just wants to jump in and join.
