She was friends with Maria Niarchos, back in the summer of 2000 they were photographed at the Deauville races. I also miss seeing pics of her with Carole Bouquet and Ines de la Fressange.

You're right about the color iloveroyals, she has always looked stunning in that color since the 70s.

Sorry Iloveroyals, but I can't recall, as it was a long time ago, and the mag didn't mention any of her friends. Anyway Poniatovski sounds familiar to me, as well as Niarchos.
Can you please post a photo of Caro with that mystery girl? May be this helps me to remember her name...

I will when I get home from my vacation. Thanks for your interest !

Caro's dress for it's colour a bit difficult to wear, but with her tanned skintone it is perfect...they both looked nice together...wondering where did she have that sunbathing...

The only "problem" is that she is a bit too beige all over. I wish she had worn something on her face to lighten or brighten it up. But who am I to say, I know nothing about applying make-up artistically:flowers: ...

You are actually right about your assessment there. The make-up is very neutral, that the look does not seem appropriate with the dress and event. BTW, I am not in the make-up or beauty industry myself.

Since she chose to wear her hair casually, her face should have been more glamorously (different from overdone, btw) made-up to balance her over-all look.

I even think, with all due respect, that she looked haggard in this event. It's the ashen look that her make-up has accomplished. It wore her face down. It could have been greatly improved by a more flattering shade of lipstick.

I know Princess Caroline is more into looking natural, and excessive make-up will actually age a person especially when she has prominent wrinkles (which Caroline has). But she could have achieved a youthful look by choosing a softer, warmer shade of pink or rose.

Thank you both Ianna and tbhrc for the latest pics, Caroline looked great at both, I love the colours she wore, especially the blue dress is great for summer times, it reminds so much of the fresh blue sea :)

Here's another pic of the event on 7 June with Karl:

Karl and those damn gloves! But, I think it's cute that their fingers are intertwined. Real friends I guess...

Thanks a lot for the additional pics, tbhrc! :)

Yesterday Caroline had an event, but the pics I've found so far are very small:

Great pics, thanks Ice.

Here is a video of Princess Caroline and Prince Ernst August attending the concert by the Monaco Philarmonic Orchestra. Just click on Juin 13, 2007 and then OPMC Paris. It also includes an interview of Caroline, perhaps someone could summarize what she said. Thanks.

More or less she said how proud they are for the show, and for being in that beautiful concert theatre (it has been renouvated), that to play in Paris is remarkable and always prestigeous for a philarmonic orchestra, and that she was moved by the music performed, which if I heard correctly is the 8th by Wagner (she said, it's such a powerful composition that it stay "in" you for a while, even if you already knew it). She also mentioned the Ballet, who's preparing a new performance.

She always looks so relaxed and beautiful at this event; the one exception being the first time she did it after Stefano died. I think she's proud to perform this function, and that it's personally meaningful to her, as someone who is herself very highly educated in literature and has written for publication.

Thank you for that summary, Grace, as I'm not able to see any videos on the internet, that was nice to read :)
Here are three bigger pics of the event on Friday, Caroline attended - two are the same, one is different from the

Here are the pics of Princess Caroline attending the Monte-Carlo Violin Masters:

You are welcome and thanks to you too for finding and posting the newest pics, tbhrc :)

That dress she wore is really great, I like the combination of the colours and the fabric -
and Caroline looks fantastic with the hairstyle she has at the moment, doesn't she? :)

Here is an older picture from last December, at the inauguration of the Monaco Dance Forum. I think it is such a beautiful picture of the Princess. The teal or turquoise colored wrap is such a beautiful color for her. It's a new picture but she looks so young. Just like Charlotte, she always looks best with less makeup and futsying. Less is more, I think it's true of many women her age, for whom it's easy to overdo the makeup but that tiny bit too much makeup can be so unattractive. Princess Caroline has the good fortune to be at once youthful (in looks, in mind, in outlook, in spirit) and yet always age appropriate. Sometimes women approaching her age make the mistake of trying too hard to be young and hip or whatever, but she never does that. She's so balanced.

But I must wonder, between her being all cool and collected all the time, does she ever have crazy moments, like in a hurry and forgets her speech or something, or maybe she occasionally 'misses' her mouth and gets coffee on her new Chanel suit? Or does she ever go frantic and  or :dizzy:? Does she ever have a gaffe or over-the-top emotional moment, ever?
 :ROFLMAO:

She looks stunning and she wears that dress better than Katie Holmes! I wonder if they'll stroll by Via Condotti and do some shopping in Rome.

BTW last night the Rolling Stones were in Rome, and Mick Jagger was also gonna attend the Valentino events.

I read that Karl Lagerfeld will also be attending the event tonight.

I haven't seen Alexandra in the longest time. I hope they brought her with them. She better not be in Paris with her nanny!

Wonderful additions you made, tbhrc, of their visit to the restaurant in Rome!
I love those close up pics with Caroline and her gestures and smiles. The third pic shows her wonderful profile.
The other two pics from the souvenir shop are also interesting, that seems to have something to do with
this year's focus on Grace. And again she wore an interesting new dress :)
