After looking at Towsends blog, great by the way, it struck me at Alexandra looks more like her father? I see a little of Caroline but she seems to be a true Hanoverian.
Any idea?

Alexandra definitely looks like her father. I've notice that for first time when I saw her. It's pitty that she hasn't got more her mother's gens.

Alexandra looks like her father and she's quite adorable. She will be a beauty, too, but in a different way than Caroline or Charlotte.

she may change through the years, and who knows, she may grow prettier than her sister...

Alexandra's face is still round like most children. As puberty hits her, her face will lengthen into a softer oval and her nose will fit her face more. Alas, her eyes will probably always be very Ernst-looking--much like Lisa Marie Presley and her daughter have Elvis' eyes.

but, she may very well, and most likely, take after her father and remain with a round face. it might not be so bad, i mean, caroline has amazing cheek bones that can be passed down to alex and show it's self after puberty. just imagine how beautiful she would look with that. take heidi klum for example

I wasn't trying to slight Alexandra, she is a cute kid who comes from a heck of a gene pool.

Given her half-brother's looks, I was making a guesstimate on how her face would change during puberty. She could very well maintain a round face and still look amazing.

Thank you Tosca for the wonderful pics of Alexandra on the beach! She looks so cute and at the same time already so chic and fashion-conscious. If I had a daughter at that age I would need to buy that swimsuit as well It's always so interesting and nice to see what dresses Caroline and Alex choose for her! :)

She's learning at a young age, that swimsuit with the mixing of patterns..genius! She's so cute, and that hat looks like something Caro would have picked out.

Hello
I've scanned this picture from the last Semana, this dedicated to Princess Caroline turning 50, is that Princess Alexandra???
I suppose yes, this picture should be from Christmas days, maybe from Saint Remy.
Dont'you think that Alex eyes look like Charlotte's ??

Great scan, thanks. Caroline looks wonderful and Alexandra is just cute as always. But what is that around her mouth?

Good question.
Either a big Candy she has into the mouth
Or a kind of clown/cartoon thing, very difficult to understand

Woow, Princess Alexandra looks different from the last pictures (during National Day)! I think the thing around her mouth was just like the sucker (I don't mean baby sucker) but something that people used during Halloween, just my opinion. I looks pretty though.
