I find this quite unusual that Charlene is not with Albert at those events, the only event she has been with PA recently was the greeting president of Croatia. I understand that other royal couples don't always appear at events together and that sometimes princess has separate engagements, but those two seem more separated than other couples and it is only 3 months after marriage.:ermm:
But it's good to see Albert at events, he is always so easygoing and friendly with people from all walks of life. I think he lost some weight, he looks younger recently.:)

I wouldn't read too much into Charlene not appearing.
I like to believe she will surprise us all and be an amazing Princess of Monaco in the future and I wouldn't be surprised if Albert is going along with everything she wants because he feels she is doing it the right way.
After all they have only be married 3 months and they have a whole life together to represent Monaco.

PA indicated (at least a couple of years ago), that the princess of Monaco would not need to participate in official affairs - as she see fit. I understand your criticism, but I would let PA run his business as he sees fit and not necessarily to your standards.

Plus: it's a bit unfair towards Prince Albert's efforts to follow his work and appointments mainly
against the background of his escort. He did attend a large number of business, sports and
environment protection events alone during the last years, so there actually is no real need
to change that. It's business as usual ;)

Our Serene Highness (OSH) is looking spectacular; he certainly is a man on the move.

I didn't know Albert had such a full schedule.
He is around Monaco almost every day :monacoflag:.

:previous:

Brussels is in Belgium, not Monaco....

And of course he has a full schedule-he's a head of state of a country, so he had domestic things that need to be done, as well as international responsibilities (IOC, UN related, among other things), in addition to being a father to Jazmin & Alexandre, sibling to Caro & Steph, cousin to the De Massy & Le Vine, and Kelly crowds, uncle to the Casiraghis, Ducruets, Alex and Camille, and a new husband to Charlene. I'm amazed that he has time to BREATHE! ;)

he does not care about the entire family some are adults and some has a mother but he is busy and I think he likes to be busy with it. One day, he attends to two events in a day and sometimes in the evening and he flies in France or anywhere where there is a question about environement, I think that Charlene could not follow him every time, she will have her duties soon or perhaps in the future I hope she will look after their family. Prince Albert is not like his father who stayed in Monaco with other duties

Back in Monanco: Yesterday, October 26, the opening ceremony of the Peace & Sport 5th International
Forum took place in Monaco. Prince Albert only attended the dinner, so I guess he arrived later as to
his late return from Nepal.

Here he's pictured with H.M King Letsie III of Lesotho and his wife, H.E Mr Gjorge Ivanov.

I think I read last year that PA is providing advice to both Morocco and Mali on ways to improve their economies. I also think I read that Princess Charlotte's mother was from Mali.

Uh.... where is Charlene?! They're newlyweds and she's not attending events with her husband. This marriage just gets more and more odd and like an arranged marriage every day. Are the people of Monaco actually warming to there absent princess?

^^^^
Does he need to hold his wife's hand while he receives foreign ambassadors?

Uh no... but I can't imagine Diana not being there to welcome important guests just after she'd married Charles. If they are business visits then I can understand her being absent but she seems to be absent quite a bit.
