Not because an ENT infection when her children are 12,000 kms away and they have so much money they can rent an Airbus 380 to bring her home.

It may be very unwise for Charlene to fly in a plane with an ear infection, but couldn’t she or Albert charter a juxury yacht to take her from South Africa to Monaco or even to France if she needs urgent hospital treatment? Sea air surely wouldn’t harm her ears, nose or throat. If needs be a physician could travel with her.

I have no doubt that if it had been better for whatever reason (her health, treatment, safety, the kids, etc etc) for her to return to Monaco, they woiuld have found a way, as money is no obstacle in this case.
So my assumption is that it is deemed best at this point in time for her to be in South Africa and get the treatment she needs and get well again, while keeping in touch with husband and kids in a digital way, and them popping over now and then for a visit in their private plane.

ENT infections can be safely be dealt with on a plane specially when they can fly an airplane ambulance with a full team of doctors and nurses making sure the patient is comfortable.
This is not you or me, this is Charlene and Albert who have billions to be able to do this.

Best to be in South Africa? Have you followed the news about South Africa lately? The violence, looting and police failing to control them?
How on earth is she safer there than in Monaco with her children?
Monaco is one of the safest countries on earth.

If Charlene is out in the country on a game reserve as it appears from the photos she posted she is nowhere near the unrest.
If she feels safe and prefers to recuperate there (from whatever the problem is) then that's her decision.
SA is going through some serious problems at the moment but it is far from being a failed state.

Why on earth will she be on a game reserve (mostly for tourists) when she can be with her small children in Monaco?
South Africa is a failed state, and I say it with a heavy heart. My SIL, my nephew and nieces are all South African, and I've been there many times. The violence has gone progressively worse until it's finally exploded.
My family, like many others thankfully left. It was horrible to live in a country where you have to be armed to even go to the supermarket. Why on earth will Charlene stay there when the violence has reached extraordinary levels, she's been away from her small children for months and have a safe home in Monaco as a consort to the Prince?
There are more issues with her and their marriage than an ENT infection.

According to the German magazine Bunte, Albert and Charlene may be on the verge of divorce. This news is on the cover of this week's issue of the magazine.
https://www.bunte.de/royals/fuersten...scheidung.html
This is all speculation of course, but it is strange that she is still in South Africa when she could have been in Monaco, with her children and her husband.

The palace published the chapiter 4th of the 10 videos
https://www.facebook.com/palaismonac...33385233340646
She cannot fly because she had an operation to the ear, she had a mastoidite
The first operation she had to undergo in May failed, the palace said there were complications and she had to undergo an other operation on juni 23th and the medical team of the princess did not allow her to take the plane, every body knows that the air pressure is dangerious when you have a ear infection or an opération
Charlene was appointed vice president of the monegash red cross last july it was on the official journal of Monaco in a sovereign ordonnance signed by the prince Albert
Strange for a person who is said to divorce and leave the country whose she is just appointed the vice president? I rather trust the press release and the ordonnance of the palace than a tabloid like Bunte
Here is the ordonnance where Charlene is appointed vice presidente of the Red Cross of Monaco, the date: 2 july 2021
It is not a new which comes from Bunte but ffrom the palace

Does she really have mastoiditis? Was that actually confirmed by the Palace (or herself), I thought they kept it more broad as an ENT infection?
I'd be interested in the link to the confirmation if you have it digitally?

No, it's the gossip in Monaco.

I will say this. I personally am not quite sure that the reason she is still in SA is because of an ENT problem. I completely agree with some that say that she could have been back in Monaco, or Albert could have flown over to see her. I just not buying all this medical stuff.

Hopefully Prince Albert and the twins will spend their summer holiday in SA and put an end to all the gossip.
Again the Palace communication is quite poor no updates since some time at the end of June and were in mid July.

Although South Africa has to deal with some serious issues at the moment it is by no means a failed state. P Charlene will enjoy the best of medical care in the private sector . The current unrest is limited to certain areas in two provinces; if she is at a game reserve she is most probably safe. I hope she is able to return to Monaco soon so that all these rumours and speculation can come to an end.

Yes, it is good that she returns to Monaco so that the rumors and speculations end.
As a matter of fact, I believe they have a stable marriage. They may be experiencing a crisis in their marriage, I have no idea, but then they go for divorce, it's a long way.

Exactly.
I think Charlene is best to just stay put and do what is best for her health.

news and information about Albert, Charlene and family
I did not read that Charlene had a mastoidite in a gossip of Monaco, there is no gossip in Monaco but there are a lot of monegash people who said me that she had a lot of health problemes with a ENT infection and a sort of mastoidite
I understand more in reading when Charlene explained her health problemes in an interview to the magazine You
I find this on twitter

I didn't say that you read Charlene had mastoiditis in Monaco gossip. I said it was the gossip in Monaco. There IS gossip in Monaco - it's the oxygen of the place.
Anyway, it turns out it isn't mastoiditis but an infection from some intervention she had.
The end result is the same - she's stuck in SA to recuperate.
Also in the interview she says she's staying with family so maybe she's not on the Thanda game reserve?

Stevie Wonder could see this coming. It is only a matter of time I think.
The couple have the wealth and resources to hire a medical plane with flight nurses and physicians that could fly Charlene back to Monaco safely. Many (myself included)would even say reuniting a "sick" mother with her children would speed up her recovery.

I think it's a load of rubbish. I think there is nothing wrong with their marriage but plenty wrong with how the Palace press dept is approaching this.
Perhaps they've decided to listen to the medical advice Princess Charlene says she's been given rather than that of complete strangers who haven't seen her medical notes.
Bunte is absolutely not a good source of information of this kind no matter what they have found out about buying property in SA.

Alisa, you (and others) seem to miss the important fact altogether: it is dangerous for her to fly. It has nothing to do with the aircraft, whether it’s luxurious or medically equipped, it is just not safe for her to FLY. And maybe the has faith in her current medical team. I read that she picked up the original infection after a procedure done in Europe.
