Charlene sometimes in the pictures looks a bit plastic, but it is not the case of this interview. She looks vivid and fresh, I really like her there.

Ah, she is sooo photogenic it's hard to catch her in a bad moment, if at all, leastways nowadays. :) Seriously, just when I think she can't get any better, she does! She's constantly outdoing herself, which makes me wonder what she will look like come wedding time... If this interview is any indication, I'm prepared to be blown away.
In this latest interview Charlene honestly looks like part of the decor, her eyes match the light mint green background, and her delightful gold-leaf earrings match the gold trimmings on the wall, as well as her hair (btw it honestly looks OUTSTANDING!). And her crochet dress matches the sofa on which she sits. Her transformation has been truly amazing, especially since this past year, the official announcement of the engagement marked the beginning imho. She now is truly First Lady of Monaco, even if not quite official just yet.
Here's to Charlene, Princess of Monaco!

Yes, Rosapru, CW's choice of clothing reminds me, too, of a beach holiday !
And those angular shoulders don't exactly help.

Nadine - are you related to Charlene? Yes, Charlene does look much better and appears to be fitting in to her new role. It has taken lots of help and she is responding well.

Goodness, gracious --- I don't know what to say. I guess I'd better put on another pair of sox (as she blew my sox off with that interview).

there is an another part of her interview , she speaks about the sport, the all interview will be boardcasted on june the 21th on zdf tv

I agree she's had a little too much done. In the beginning of the video they show a clip from her early days and she actually looks fresh and nice in that shot. Now, the cheeks are very prominent and the nose very defined. She's starting to have that "cat lady" look. But I have to admit she is carrying herself much better overall.

I can't get over how much Charlene resembled the late Linda McCartney when she first came to Monaco five years ago..it's uncanny imo.
I think she looks sleek and "professional" now...and I don't think she has the dreaded "cat lady" look yet.
As long as she doesn't change anything else, I think she looks beautiful.

I just hope and pray that the various "improvements" don't come back to haunt her.
It's not something one would wish to one's worst enemy.
Bring back the "Turin Winter Games" Charlene !!!

Let me guess: She is stunning!! She looks beautifully perfect! Right?
yeah...well, my thought is:
She looks fine, not absolutely gorgeous. Just fine. But she should stop posing in swimming suits. We know she is a swimmer. But she is 3 weeks to become a Princess Consort. We don't need no longer see her in swimming suit.
And the second pic...IF that is not an attempt to make her look like Grace, please people, be kind and explain to me what is it. Thank you very much.

But Nathalie Cox, she lives on the French Riviera. Are you saying that after the wedding she should NEVER wear a bathing suit in public again?? Why not?
Both Grace and Caroline and Stephanie were photographed on the beach in bathing suits.
Should Princess Charlene wear a muumuu to the beach to avoid comparisons? Or bluejeans only?
As for the photo in the evening gown, just because she wears a lovely strapless gown and pulls her hair into a chignon doesn't mean she is channelling Grace Kelly.
Women wore chignons and strapless diaphanous gowns long before Grace did.

Whatever. Is quite clear to me that Palace PR is trying to sell her in states because their wedding is not making the big noise they thought it was going to make.
And of course she can wear swimm suits. But for a photoshoot? Really?
And the gown...maybe it was something to be meant romantic style but they fail everytime. The hairdo is very much like Grace. They could have dressed her in other dress and with other hair style.

Okay...I see what you mean about the photoshoot in a bathing suit and I agree...I don't see the the need for those anymore.
Unless it's to show the world that she still has a great body.
Trust me, after the babies start coming CW might want to look back at these photos for a sense of nostalgia!

Aren't you jumping the gun a bit ?? She will be coming off the pill first... And he's 53....
Regarding beachwear, this type of clothing doesn't do her any favours...

It goes without saying that women were doing the last Charlene pose long BEFORE and AFTER Grace. But I guess since he isn't marrying any of them.....
I agree about the swimsuit issue but again....Charlene isn't the reigning soveriegn of Monaco...Albert is.
I actually think the last picture is stunning and beautiful.

Although Charlene looks stunning in some of the recent photo shoots, I am beginning to find this is overkill & not the best way of projecting the consort of a reigning Prince. No amount of beautiful outfits & interesting photos can drum up the interest which Monaco seems to be courting unless the person behind the image engages our interest - She may well achieve this overtime, but for the moment I think she should focus more on learning French.

Without a doubt there is a need for a better PR person in Monaco.
Instead of sitting for these countless interviews, Charlene should have done none. Create an air of mystery or something. I hate to bring up comparisons but Monaco could have learned something from Britain (even if the interest in the princely familyand the size of the countries are vastly different). Until Kate did her engagement interview, you barely knew what she sounded like.
Now we know too much about Charlene or rather its the same repetitive track.

Zonk, you hit the nail on the head !
From time immemorial, kings, queens, princes, emperors and the like ... they knew how to build up an aura, a mystique....
To this day, Queen Elizabeth hands out the Maundy money .... a personal and much treasured gift from the monarch.
Charlemagne had the same effect on his people.... kingship conferred by God...
COMPARE Monaco: a prince with two unplanned children..... need I go on ?

The UK has a large press and a large population; Monaco has to go outside its country for coverage. For the size of it's country, I think Monaco has outstanding press coverage.
