Yes it is. I've reposted links to the two statements yesterday (see on the previous page of this thread), and back then only the gender but no names were released.

Congratulations to the family. I love Maximilian's name and I like the homage to Prince Rainier. Max, Sasha and India fit perfectly together.

Very strange. Tatiana is always swathed in layers of clothing or at least very voluminous. The only time I have seen her look "normal" was her wedding. Then she looked stunning, it's too bad she doesn't have a more normal way of dressing. I think most of the time she looks either sloppy or just a plain mess.

She cleans up well if she wants to. Wouldn't it be a dull world if everybody dresses the same? She, for sure, is her own person.
