Nothing bad about saying she's bald because she is. I am proud to say I belong to that group. When I was a year old, I had no hair or whatever little hair I had was so light brown that you had to tilt your head to the sun to see it. :)

The same was with my son, as far as I can remember he had had thin hair until he turned two. It is just this baldness (by the way she is not bald) issue that turn my stomach every time I read about it. Only those who do not have a child of their own blow it out of proportion. You´ll see, she will have beautiful blonde and thick hair as her mother.
But didn't we have this discussion once already with Maud Angelica? People were concerned about her lack of hair, and look at her now. Most young children do not have a lot of hair.
Everyone has a right to his/her opinion without being told to "grow up". Posts may be questioned as long as it is done politely and without insulting other members.
She's beginning to develop a personality.
So nice, to see the beginnings of a smile.

Yes, I think there will be released some new photos, and it will probably get quite heavy media attention. Perhaps a press "conferense" of some sort too. I've seen that some weekly magazines (i.e. Hjemmet, Norsk Ukeblad, Allers) have montages from her first year. The Princess' first birthday will not go by without mentioning, that's for sure:)
Do you think Haakon and Mette-Marit will pull a Willem-Alexander and Maxima on us by announcing their next pregnancy on Ingrid-Alexandra's birthday? Her birthday is this Friday.
THe Royal court published their annual report today and in there there was a huge picture of Ingrid Alexandra and parents, it seems to be from the photo session I posted another picture from In H and MM news tread.

Baby Alex is so adorable and very cute - I think she's going to be the next Madeline
She will probably be a very beautiful woman . When you look at Mette-Marit, Märtha and Queen Sonja, there's no doubt about the little Princess having inherited beauty-genes .
