Maybe Haakon'll get inspired and bring the children with him to the next Olympics? ;)

I think they might have gone if they didn't have the baby right now.

it's great to see that haakon and mette marit are close to willem and maxima. i was thinking that none of them was godparent of ingrid, although they seem to have a really close relationship, may they be godparents to sverre? i would be so happy if that happened...

another off-topic question? is there any limit of godparents in the protestant religion? normally royals choose 5 or 6 at the very most... don't they?

The Norwegian lutheran church says atleast 2 at the most 6 godparents
http://www.kirken.no/Bakgrunn/fadder.cfm
I also hope they choose Willem Alexander, they seem great friends, and I like that the Norwegian and Dutch royals brings their children to church for the christening, it gives it a more familiar touch IMO. It would be nice to see Amalia, Alexia, Ingrid, Maud and Leah in the chappel on the 4th

i think Willem-Alexander as a godfather of Sverre is a big chance. Both crownprincely family seem quite close, they spent holiday sailing last year, right? when maxima & mette-marit are both pregnant. but, only time will tell.

(ps. sorry if it goes off topic..)

I think its great that Prince Haakon is cheering his country on in the Olympics. It seems that he's staying for the duration. What a cheering section when the crown prince of your country is there with words of motivation. Wow!!!:)

It´s nice to see the friendship between Haakon and Frederick, nice pictures of the two crown princes. Mary and Mette-Marit probably stay caring of their soons.

Haakon is just friends with everybody in the royal circle. First Frederick and now Willem-Alexander and Maxima. :) I like the picture where he's touching Alexia's cheek. So cute! I hope this good relationship will mean that we will see many royal friendships and romances?:p from the younger royals in the future. :D
