This was the first time the King attended an engagement outside the palace since he was discharged from hospital on November 20th, and he seemed to be in great shape.

Cup champion Aleksander Melgalvis, 28, does not regret how he handled the king's trophy on Sunday evening, but he understands the reactions afterwards.
VG met him the day after the cupfinal victory against Sarpsborg 08.
When the Lillestrom players were to celebrate with their own fans on Sunday night, Melgalvis started a stripping show that created a good mood among the party-lovers who were present.
However, NFF (The Football Association of Norway) was not so pleased with the use of the king's trophy in the stunt. The 28-year-old understands the reactions.
"Of course, I understand that it was a little to much. I'm sorry, but I'm not regreting it.''
Q: Do you want to apologize to the King? After all, it was the King's trophy .
A: "I was so privileged that I got to meet the the King yesterday, so I may say sorry to him today,'' says the midfielder and smiles.
VG has been in contact with the Palace on Monday, but they would not comment on the matter.

The King has also had several ordernary audiences since he left the hospital, but there's no photos of them.
About audiences:
Formal audiences:
A newly-appointed ambassador to Norway from another country must present his or her credentials to the King at a formal audience. At the audience the ambassador presents his or her credentials (in the form of Letters of Credence) to the King. When the King has accepted them the ambassador is formally accredited to Norway.
Ordernary Audiences:
Meetings with the prime minister, other ministers and several other people.
All audiences takes place in the King's private office (the same office that were used by his father and grandfather).
BTW, HM had his first audience only 3 days after he was discharged from hospital - which led to a magazine declaring on its front page: ''Han gir Alt for Norge'' (He gives All for Norway).
Alt for Norge (All for Norway) was/is the royal motto of King Haakon VII, King Olav V, and King Harald V.
