 Thanks Iceflower!
And HM got to hear about several ''exciting projects,'' with the themes ranging from the bottom of the sea to the satellites above us.
About Kongsberg Gruppen: Is an international technology group that supplies high-technology systems and solutions to customers in the global defence, maritime, oil and gas, fisheries and aerospace sectors.

Thank you for this information. It's splendid to see that an organization can successfully maintain hundreds of branches in a small country based only on voluntary contributions. And if I'm not mistaken, isn't Norway is a leading power in the sectors dealt with by Kongsberg Gruppen?
While these kinds of visits are probably considered less "exciting" than many of the projects taken by the Crown Prince, they are equally if not more important as the monarchy's show of support to Norwegian society.

First: You're very welcome!
Second: Yes! And especially in the fisheries, maritime and oil and gas sectors.

Thanks Iceflower & Eya!
Well, as one can see from the photos in your above posts, our almost 82-year-old monarch and consort were in great spirits on Saturday. - Spending the whole day in Lillehammer, where they went on a walkabout, followed by an official lunch, then attended two events with entertainment and former ''Olympic-heroes'' in the Olympic park, before being present during ''Fakkelprisutdelingen'' (The Torch prize-ceremony) in Håkons Hall.
The Torch Prizes (a voluntary project started and led by Lillehammer enthusiasts, which is financed through contributions from Lillehammer municipality and public/private companies) are awarded to people, companies or organizations in business, culture and sports for ''good Lillehammer reputation-building'' - and were handed out in 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017 and now in 2019.
BTW, here are some pictures from the latter engagement, plus four from earlier in the day. - If they don't show, click on them more than once:

The King together with the above-mentioned Erik Alver (from the left); County governor in Innlandet-County, Knut Storberget (BTW, Innlandet is not a county before January 1st, 2020, but he has already started in the job); former cross-country skier, who won two gold medals during the Lillehammer Olympic, Bjørn Dæhlie; and the former freestyle skier, who also won gold during the Lillehammer Olympic (although ''only'' one), Stine Lise Hattestad Bratsberg:

Thanks Iceflower!
Well, let's first write a bit about The Regent-Couple's time at The Nordic World Ski Championships in Seefeld from February 25th to March 1st, where Norway took 13 gold medals, 5 Silver medals and 7 bronze medals. Because Their Majesties were in great spirits, hugging and chatting with the athletes and everything. The youthful and amazingly fit 81-year-old Queen even took herself a two-hour skiing-trip with a pair of skis borrowed from the Norwegian Cross-country skiing star Therese Johaug (who took 3 golds).
They also had a dinner with some "starstruck" athletes who were ''very nervous'' about sitting at the same table as the extremely popular and charismatic monarch. (BTW, I think they were quite nervous about sitting with The Queen too.)
--------------------
And then to today's International Women's Day ''Empowerment breakfast" with minority women attended by The Queen, who has described herself as a ''feminist'' - and who is credited with bringing awareness to immigrant/refugee women in Norway through her visits to organizations working for them and her speaking about their rights in interviews, etc.
The event was organized by ''The MiRA Resource Centre for Immigrant and Refugee Women,'' which has The Queen as its patron.
Read about it in this English Wikipedia article ( link) and see two pictures of The Queen's previous visits on their Norwegian website ( link).
The event took place at Melahuset (The Mela-house) in Oslo. - Read about it in English at the bottom of this site ( link).
--------------------
One can see photos from both this events in Iceflowers posts on page 16 .
--------------------
Was there anything else? Yes, The King had an audience with The Prime Minister today; followed by a Council of State at The Royal Palace, where The Crown Prince was also in attendance. (No photos of it.)
