Mette-Marit: - In surprisingly good shape
A packed schedule in two municipalities during the visit to Buskerud County Tuesday didn't break Crown Princess Mette-Marit, who herself characterized her shape as surprisingly good.
She is very happy to be moving about again, but just in case, the pregnant Crown Princess skipped the dinner hosted by the municipality at Lampeland Hotel in Flesberg Tuesday night.
"This pregnancy has been a bit steeper/heavier than the others. I've been more tired, had to take it easy and take more precautions," she told during a meeting with the press Tuesday afternoon.
Happy Crown Prince.
But the husband expresses much joy in having her along, again. "This is much better than the alternative," he laughs when the press asks.
Due date pushed ahead
Crown Princess Mette-Marit also revealed that the due date for the birth has been pushed forward in time, to the end of November. But she didn't want to reveal a specific date.
The Crown Prince and Princess didn't want to reveal whether they plan to have a home birth or if the birth, also this time, would happen at the national hospital.
"That's a very personal question, and I'm not planning on answering it," says the mother-to-be.
Pale, but together.
A bit pale after several Norwegian miles on narrow roads, but presumably in good shape, the Crown Princess arrived with the Crown Prince in Buskerud Tuesday.
The visit is the Crown Princess' first official assignment in more than three weeks.

Does anyone else think twins might be a possibility with the due date being pushed up?

I was thinking the same thing. Most women who are going to have twins don't make it all the way up to their due date anyway.

Nice to see her again. She doesn't seem that pregnant (six months, I believe).

Echoing my thoughts too. Two of my co-workers have given birth to twins in the past year, and neither made it to full term.
Of course, it could just be a miscalculation from the start... but twins would be nice.

I dont think it is twins, if it was I think they would have told considering all the troubles she has had, but it would be a nice suprise if it was.
Here is a photoseries from Laagendalsposten

And two more pictures from today, lots of people had turned up to meet them, as a gift they got several childrensbooks to take home.
They have been really lucky with the weather during this trip (she says looking at the pooring rain for the 3 week straight:p )

Some big scanpix pictures from dt.no trough Imageshack

Mette-Marit, being pregnant, I can understand that you don't feel like buttoning the bottom of your jacket... or if there is a lack of buttons on your jacket, but please? Make Haakon button all his buttons? http://www.theroyalforums.com/forums...hmentid=199275

It would be a great surprise if she had twins, but wouldn't she, in this case, have a bigger belly?
BTW, there seems to be a twins-fantasm for each pregnant princess since the announce of the forecoming birth of royal twins in Belgium.

Thanks to everyone for posting all these nice pictures. It's so nice to see the Crown Princely Couple out on official business together again, I hope Mette-Marit is feeling better now, and will continue to do so.

I really dont think she is that scared anylonger since she dont mind going by plane for private pleassure (the press always likes to exaggerate).
Here are todays pictures from UK Press, the places they visited today are typical forest and agricultural places so everywhere they got alot of food to take home, Haakon also said they are considering makeing their farm ecological.
