Crown Prince Willem-Alexander attended the opening of the new office of the poulty Vencomatic campus in Eersel today, September 13, 2012. The Venco campus, a building in the shape of an egg, is a joint accommodation for companies of the Venco group and provides space for international research and training for poultry.

This year's campaign with the theme "Give children a safe home" runs from Wednesday, 26 September to Friday, October 5. For the last two days Crown Prince Willem-Alexander has visited the Dutch troops off the coast of Somalia who are working for the Operation Ocean Shield, NATO's contribution to international efforts to combat piracy off the Horn of Africa. The mission is led by the Dutch commander Bekkering.
