Willem Alexander and Maxima face the 21 of June a hard challenge …
Within weeks we will see princes Willem Alexander and Maxima in a sport event. The heir of the Dutch throne and the princess of Argentine ancestry will asisistirán the 21 of June to the party that will face the selections of Holland and Argentina during the World-wide one of Germany.
It is clear that prince Willem will support to taste to the “mechanical orange”, but what will make Maxima? Will be its heart with the boys of go Are enough or will try to disguise that at heart she prefers that they gain the albicelestes of Riquelme and company.

Well that is tough on her. I think she will go with her adopted country although (most of us) know that argentina is one of the Best!!!

2 official pictures of WA & Maxima from the 60celebrations.com
I don't think the picture of Maxima has been shown before, or have it?
The red gown really looks beautiful in her (although it doesn't fit her a bit, a bit loose) but red is definitely her colour.

I have a strong feeling that the pics are photoshopped. Just look at Maxima. There's something very unnatural about her, especially the neckline, like they added it to cover something up... :o
Update: I'm discussing this with some other Dutchies on a Dutch board and we just can't figure it out. It looks like the background of the pic is a wall in Paleis Noordeinde. We've got a set of mystery pics here! Exciting!

Could it be that the photos are indeed manufactured, since it was said that there wouldn't be any official pic in Thailand.
So maybe a keen photog. took old pix and layered something over it. Could also explain Maximas rather unusually coy neckline.

This is not an official picture in Thailand. It was definitely taken in the Netherlands, whether it is edited or not is not really clear.

No, you're right, Jess. The picture can't be taken in Thailand. I don't understand one bit of it. I think the neckline is weird and so is Maxima's head (sorry, your royal highness... :p).

I don't think those are fake pictures. I think they made this officiel pictures neither for the press nor for the public but for the officiel occacions.
I think Maxima wore the red gauwn for the dinner just before their wedding.

The evening before the wedding, Maxima wore something red indeed, but it looked like this:

(anp)
Then there was a ball too, but on that occasion she wore the orange Valentino dress she wore also at the wedding of Martha-Louise and Ari in Norway.
And I remember a dinner with prime minister Kok, but there she wore a black dress with a lace top.
I just love these mystery pics, I feel like Sherlock Holmes! :p

I don't like these new portraits. Both looks palely. Maxima's tiara disappear on the background. It would be much better if they would stand not on the white doors in light lights.

Is Pss Máxima wearing a sigaret, because if she is, the pictures would probably be fake!

Hahahaha, it always looked like a ring to me, but now that we come to speak of it, it can look like a sigaret! (I still believe it's a big ring, though. Hilarious! )
You know what's weird too? The candle has a shadow, but Maxima and W-A haven't. Beats me...
(The heat is getting to me here. It's almost 30 degrees in my room...)

lol! that is too funny! maxima with a cigarette on an official photo. it would funny if someone secretly photoshopped it in.
of course that is just a ring but one does do a double take!

It's a hard call to say that the photos are fake. Honestly, If I had only seen Willem-Alexander's photo there would've been no doubt in my mind that the pictures are real. However Máxima's photo make them questionable as the positioning of her head and neck looks rather strange.
I guess we'll hear more in the future.

Strange portraits!
They look so "unreal" and their faceexpresissions look like wax! I cannot see anything of their emotions they usually show! No happy smiles (it looks so tense)...
Well, the Picture of WA looks okay, but the Picture of Maxima looks really really strange.. :( ( Cannot really say what's disturbing me )

it's a pity that for once that we have official pictures of the couple that they are 'photoshoped'. to be fair, they look ok to me. perhaps the light on them and the light on the background is somewhat different, but nothing special. about the shades, i wouldn't worry. perhaps they were standing sufficiently away from the wall to have a shade. i have no doubt the photos of them itself are real, but maybe they pasted them in front of another background since we didn't se before that dress of maxima, so she had to somehow have posed for the photo. i really doubt it can be an invented gown.
i still like the photos. both of them look regal and simple. i will keep my ilusion thinking they were real ones :)

Is there a way we could find if the official photos are real or not? Shouldn't they be posted in the official website?

Well new photo or old one, at least Maxima wears her hair and the ruby tiara exactly like in Sweden.
