From Hellomagazine:
Princess Maxima gets football fervour
Like most other Argentines Princess Maxima was eager to catch her national team's game at the World Cup on Wednesday. Unlike her countrymen, however, the royal faced divided loyalties as the Latin American dream team battled it out against the Netherlands, the land she adopted on her marriage to Crown Prince Willem-Alexander in 2002.
At the stadium in the German city of Frankfurt Maxima was excused from sporting Dutch colours and tactfully refrained from turning out with any hint of Argentine blue in her outfit. Willem-Alexander had no such qualms, wearing a tie in the traditional orange hue of the Netherlands, and a football scarf over his suit...

Sorry, but I hate color of dress, cut of dress isn't good for her body, nothing "stunning" with her hair and make up is as usually... what I've forgotten?
Really sorry, I love Maxima, but this dress aren't made for her.

I think she looks young and relaxed. She looks great in red/orange outfits. And the shoes are definitely more flattering than those hideous ankle straps.

I don't really like this dress. The first thing I thought when I saw it was: 'Wow, that's a very naked dress...' :o The colour is nice though. :)

Like the dress but not on Maxima. Like someone said the cut is not right on her. But she does look good in red though.

I'd have to agree with you, although I've always admired Maxima's choices of style, with this exception. Perhaps she should be a little more discreet in her dresses?
Anyhow, she looks great!

Couldn't agree more. Love the color, the pattern is ok too, but is it me or does Maxima, who typically oozes ample self confidence, look as if the skin-show of her dress is getting even to her? And then, the 'nakedness'. Frankly, this dress would be more suitable to someone like Halle Berry.
For example, in this picture, it looks like one of her nipples is showing throug the fabric (which, by the way, seems to fold her breast in a weird way).
this picture:

Now, I'm no prude, and as for nipples, yes, we all have them, no big deal, but if I were Maxima, I just wouldn't want to share that kind of 'info' with the world on an official royal engagement, no matter how festive...
anyhow, on the whole I think she's seen better days: I think the dress is iffy on her and she looks a bit tired in the face.
Alexander on the other hand, looks quite handsome, good for him.
But it looks to me like Maxima could use a bit of a vacation.

I have to agree with you too. The first thing I thought when I saw that dress was is that all.

The dress is beautiful but this is not a dress for a "Crown Princess" in a public presentation. Princess Maxima looks like an actress in that dress.

Thje dress can be nice, Maxima looks nice, but somehow the two don't go together. But ok, yesterday was a warm day here in The Netherlands...
She might want to change her hair a bit as well, I think it is to thin to wear it down like this (IMO Lalla Salma is one of the few who can pull that of).
I have to add that I am impressed by the number of events the couple has done recently. They should be looking forward to the summer holidays :)

It sure isn't the nicest dress she has ever worn in her life. It's not all that bad though. very original dress!

The dress is nice and I like the colour. I have nothing against it for being low-cut either but somehow it is weird on Maxima...
Perhaps it is just not her style. But at least, she enjoys experimenting with clothes! :) That's good!!!

I don't like this dress on MAXIMA. She is showing too much skin!!!
Her best dress so far was the chocolate gala dress that she wore for the celebrations of King Carl Gustaf of Sweden designed by argentinian designer Benito Fernadez!!!!!

I have to agree with Maxie, too!
It really looks a bit "naked"...
Maxima looked lovely , but the dress wasn't really nice on her!
It would have been better if it was a bit longer (over her knees). Then it wouldn't be so naked.
