According to royalblog.nl Queen Beatrix told the 1 children from the Prince Willem-Alexander school from Waarder about her own experiences in getting bullied. HM said she often was teased a lot at school because she was a princess and because she didn't share the same war-experiences as the other children.

Rioyalblog has the article about Queen Beatrix being bullied in English:
Quote:
Dutch Queen Beatrix was bullied in school
How many stamps does a Queen need? Not too many as Dutch Queen Beatrix showed earlier this week as she preordered only a few stamp blocks in support of children’s charities.

According to Marc van der Linden on www.royalty-online.nl HM has a new parrot. The previous one died last year. She got that parrot from her late husband, prince Claus. Her son, the Prince of Orange felt sorry for his mother and she could buy a new one on his costs. HM went to an animal store and bought a one simular to the one Claus gave her, which would be this one (they can speak):
