Hi, mahdibavi. Are you sure this is a picture of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammad of Dubai? Obviously the gentleman in the pic has arabic coloring and appears to have the same acne problem/scars that Hamdan has but IMO that is where the similarity ends. Hamdan, thinner or heavier, has a more angular jawline, pointier nose, and larger eyes. In addition, I've never seen Hamdan with hair this long. Sometimes he wears the lower part of his hair longer but the top is so curly that it would look more like an afro. Just curious as to the source of the picture.
