I think Prince William and Prince Harry have quite a bond, (considering what they've gone through together)...but I think the relationships between all of the royal siblings are probably strong, and unique in their own ways.

I voted for Felipe because he's still close to his sisters even if they are all married and with families of their own, they still spend time together and their relationship is great.

Other heirs may have been close once, but after marriages and family lives, they drifted apart

I always thought the three Swedish siblings were very close, I love seeing pictures of the three of them together!
There also seems to be a very strong bond between Albert & Stephanie of Monaco.

I would say CP Victoria. Charles doesn't really see alot of his siblings and the atmosphere between Edward and Charles has been very frosty for a few years now. I think he's close to Anne but apparantly he doesn't see that much of Andrew.

I vote for Albert of Monaco too. Since he's been 'eliminated' by ascending to his crown, here are some other thoughts:
when there is one male heir and the other siblings are female, the family seems closer.
But when the heir can be male or female and the family has both, the closeness depends on age.
However, when the heir must be male and there are other males in the family-there is friction, which can be lessened if there is a female sibling.
