I quite agree about the Luxembourg Hereditary Grand Ducal Couple - G&S have worked quietly and consistently, with immense dignity, while facing years of intrusive speculation. She is absolutely lovely in an unassuming way.

My favourites are two couples whose relationships had been tested by time -- 'through thick and thin, for better and for worse, till death do us part':

- Anne-Marie and Konstatinos II of Greece

Both for the same reason: their devotion to each other. They also had such a cute courtships: met young and smitten at the first sight. And when the grooms-to-be proposed, the brides's father both said "not until she's (X) years old".
