Those shorts on Letizia could have so easily been a skirt, same length, fabric, colour, even pencil-like and she would have looked fine and 'official' but the two leg hole thing makes it very casual...I think all some outfits need is just ONE tweak and they are fine...so simple!

The whole look was terrible, from the shorts to the jacket to all the print going on.
