Saw it's not a dress but a skirt and top set. The bag is Strathberry and the skirt is Givenchy ..not sure on the blouse and shoes yet.

It's not a dress. It's a top and skirt.

Clearer picture here.

I'm being a pain here, but how is it that it's not a dress, but then you proceed to identify it as a dress by Givenchy?

It's ok, we've all been there when new information comes fast and furious.

I like the side view of the navy dress, but I do not like the full front views. It looks ill-fitting to my eyes.

Ireland outfit is fine from what I've seen of it.

I presume this IS sarcasm ?

The Duchess looked sensational today [as she did yesterday].
My one quibble is a bluer blue, such as 'Air Force Blue' *geddit*? would have been better, it is regrettable that it 'reads' as Black...

Now that I am seeing pictures of the other family members (both royal born & married-ins), I think Meghan may be overdressed. Princess Anne's skirt & Meghan's dress look more party wear to my eyes. Maybe in person it is different.

Navy outfit fits like an absolute glove in my opinion. Perfect fit.

Liking the green outfit for Ireland as well.

It is indeed very sleek. Georgeous dark fir green, fits like a glove. I like the accessories as well.

Agree.

They are currently meeting with the Irish Taoiseach (Prime Minister).

LOVING THIS LOOK! Head to toe she looks great. Particularly like that she's back to separates with a skirt blouse combo. I'm even going to throw some love Harry's way despite him being in his umpteenth blue suit. They both look stylish and confident as they head into this tour.

The color certainly looks lovely on her. As for the outfit itself....eh. It's fine. It looks nice on her, it fits well, and it certainly looks appropriate. I just don't find it to be anything overly special. Points, though, for it fitting properly and being of a lovely color.

About the Dior dress, I absolutely love it. She looks amazing in it and I think she feels beautiful in it. Sometimes you just wear a dress that makes you feel sooo pretty and I think that might be this dress for Meghan.

As for the green dress or skirt/top combo, she looks great. But I’m not surprised. I’ve loved almost all clothes she has worn so far. This is no exeption.

While the color and fit is great....I think that it is too casual to meet a head of state isn't it? The top looks like a T shirt.

It's a thin sweater. It's actually quite more business like than a lot royal outfits I've seen on tour (coat dresses are NOT business like, folks) and more modern.

I wonder if she will change again for the garden party event tonight?

I will be very upset at her if she wears this to the garden party and denies me the joy of another outfit.

This was a great first outfit for the start of the tour. Nice shirt and skirt combo, great colour for Meghan.

I'd hope so. While this outfit seems appropriate to traveling and then meeting with the PM, etc., it seems very business-like whereas I'd expect an outfit for the garden party to be a little less business and a little more....party. Maybe a bit lighter or a bit more like the dress we saw this morning in a lighter shade.
