She does not need to look queenly. No one did. There was a low dresscode, it was all pretty casual compared to posh Spanish weddings which really can compete with some royal weddings. Great and understated for a summery day in Granada.

What a beauiful dress, so muy española with these plissé layers and the colours advancing from white to yellow. Fabulous! And so befitting Granada.

I don't dislike the dress, but I find the waist area not much flattering. The yellowish color is not so good either. I like the flounces of the skirt.

Well, the Duchess is a grandmama going on her way to her seventies. She shows it in all her un-botoxed and un-plastic-surgeoned way and± I like it. I prefer this Camilla above the other Camilla (Borbone delle Due Sicilie). With all her flaws, at least this Camilla of Cornwall looks `normal`.

I didn't mean my comment as a jab to Camilla's body, but merely an observation at an unflattering dress around thwy waist. She has cerrtainly worn other dresses that really enhaced her figure, making her looking great.

I give her credit for trying something new. She is built now like most older women with expanding waist and not straight back. She [and Charles] seem happy and content. I am sure that this outfit was fun for her. She will go back to her older styles immediately when with Charles on official duties and her shape will be covered in her established moderate style. This was her private unofficial time and she probably wanted a nice change. Good for her.

The dress was in keeping with what most of the other female guests wore.
A few of the female guests wore similar tiered dresses or design.
Quite a few of the female guests wore dresses that were long, flowing, flouncing patterned dresses.
Camilla would not have stood out among the guests.
In some pictures the outfit looked like a blouse and skirt.
(The skirt part rolled around her waist.)
In other pictures it looked like a jacket over a dress.
All the women were carrying shawls and Camilla’s shawl was very pretty.
I do not recall previously seeing this lace shawl.

I agree. Nicely summed up. Those nasty cameras can be fun-busters. See too much and have no sense of perspective. I think she likely looked fine in-person.

I totally agree This is a weekend off at a private event having a good time. She likely fit in well with the other ladies, she did from the looks. Would the style work for an official event? No. Is the look great on her body? No. But again, private event, she is having fun and she should enjoy.

I'm not a fan of the flamenco style design of Camilla's latest dress, but the colours are nice and suit her well. I like the shawl too, but when worn with the dress, given its design, it makes it appear as if there's a lot going on in the look overall to my eyes.

Camilla looked elegant as ever in her mint green suit and hat today in Wales, in the outfit repeated from Ascot last year.

I agree! I love the colours Camilla and HM are wearing, both look fresh and ready for summer. I'm not so sure about Camilla's hat though, it looks a little odd to me.
