I'm not a fan of the ruffles on the Duchess's coat/blouse. The look is a bit off for me.

The hat is appropriate.
It looks like it is from a 100 years ago and knowing Camilla doesn't throw things away, it is probably 100 years old or even older.
Camilla wore the coat to the Duchess of Devonshire's funeral. The ruffles on it need to be torn off.

 I am not a fan of this year's dress or coat, actually I don't think I have had a really good look at what it is except for the floaty ruffles.
Ah, that's better, a quick look back to the first(?) time she wore it and it looks lovely, however I think it's the hat that balances the look and recycling last year's hat with this coat/dress is definitely a miss. Somehow it looks too heavy and overwhelms the entire ensemble.

Last year's suit had such strong clean lines it allowed her hat to make a statement. This year's chiffon-type coatdress was just plain swamped by the hat.

The frilly hat and the ruffles were too much. She shouldn't wear ruffles on the bust, she should keep the lines clean there like she did last year

My apologies, I was referring to my post 147 which included links to photos of both this year and last year's Remembrance Day and included recent one of Camilla wearing the same coat but a different hat.

The hat is fine, the dress is awful. She should never wear ruffle. Last year's clean cut suit was lovely.

I actually dont mind either the feathery hat or the ruffles. She looks pretty good here. I'll take that look any day over the all white corpse bride look she trots out a few times a year.

I don't like the first one- side note - Sophie looks like she's wearing a sprinkler part of a garden hose.
Like the second one.
Don't like the third one.
Fourth one- back to road kill, and side note -what on earth has Sophie got on her head?
Fifth- Road kill.
Sixth- Love.
Seventh- White road kill. Not good.

I like Camilla's flounce...it softens her look and flounces are most always flattering to women of a certain age. Love that India outfit, especially the graphic dress/top/tunic.
