The trusty blue and white dress is back as the Duchess of Cornwall attended the National Harvest Service at Birmingham Cathedral today.

Agreed, the hat does "lift up" the dress.

She wore it with a blouse underneath.
I think the hat would like nicer without the bow.

At this point in the history of the Russian schoolteacher's dress (or whatever you care to call it), I think we have to bow to the DOC's tenacity, lack of care for the current thing, sense of self worth as separate from fashion reviews and general devil may care approach to updated fashion and say we cannot beat back this dress.
I love the addition of the hat. She will not quit wearing this dress. I am beaten. All I have to say at this point to Camilla is, "You go girl!" I will now celebrate the sheer bravado of Camilla as she wears this navy and white wonder that cannot be suppressed.

I actually like that dress. I think it suits her very well and I love the hat with it. A very smart outfit, I think, and just perfect for her role.

I couldn't agree more. And I loved the addition of the hat but then I am a sucker for millinery.

The hat definitely improves the look, but this dress will never be to my liking. Reminds me of my school uniform dress in USSR. Yuck.

Heh. The similarities are quite uncanny indeed . All the woman needs is to dye it brown, and add a white apron-type contraption to make it complete (white because it's a special occasion).

Camilla looked very elegant in her wardrobe staples when Charles and she arrived in Bogota

Does anyone know if she employes or changed a stylist recently? Because she has been dressing very well lately...

Camilla looks nice and the outfit suits her. I love that white/cream colour.

Looks like she shortened her hair quite a bit.

I agree that she looks best when just after a trim - and that usually happens just before a tour.
The suit details are stunning and it looks great on her.
The bag would be - Boa? Anaconda?

I think some color too. She was getting past platinum and well into gray. This is better. Though as you know I dislike the all white/off white in a lady of her age.
