The Duchess of Cambridge has arrived at the Royal Academy of Arts wearing a grey Roksanda Ilincic dress.
Princess Beatrice has also recently worn a Roksanda Ilincic dress.
I think Kate is wearing this Ayden wool-crepe dress from Roksanda Ilincic - only in different colour. In the best traditions of DM, the dress costs about £800.

It looks like the one (sans the horrible belt), so you're probably right.
Kate wore this blue-grey Roksanda Ilincic dress along with her LK Bennett "Natalie" clutch and Kiki McDonough earrings for her first visit to the US.

Great to see Kate repeat this lovely dress - it was a favourite from the royal tour of LA last year and i am glad to see her bring it out again.

I really like this dress; it's understated and very elegant.
The hairstyle is great too; an updo shows the dress in all its glory, whereas Kate's usual hairstyle (as worn in L.A.) took away from it.

Here's another photo of the dress tonight.

This was one of my favorite dresses, so it's good to see her wearing it again. She looks lovely. I also like the updo.

She looks so elegant - and I agree with Artemesia that the up-do really works. Notice the new earrings again. Perfect look

Catherine looks lovely this evening. I really like the dress and with her up it shows the neckline of the dress and her earrings. This is a updo worth repeating more often imo.

She looks lovely. It is so nice to see her in something soft and feminine instead of her usual starkly tailored looks of late. Love her earrings.. again very feminine. With her mane of hair off of her face one is finally able to see the dress and earrings in all of their glory instead of hidden by her hair...

Only one word comes to mind on this look. Svelte.
She looks so Audrey Hepburnish in a way doesn't she?

I loved this dress last year, and it's well worth a repeat. Love the hair too. All in all she looks wonderful.

It could have been a very nice overall appearance if it wasn't for the overuse of make up.
Her face looks as if she painted everything twice, and this heavy-handed approach ages her considerably; facially, she could be a socialite in her 40s here.

No, she doesn't look Audrey Hepburnish in any way, IMO. She looks more like Katherine Zeta-Jones. She does look nice, even though the dress is dreadful with all that flappy stuff. She must have worn that in Canada after I stopped following the tour.
Her hair looks wonderful.

 oh dear.
She might look like a 40 something socialite in the US but she looks like a 30 year old HRH to me
