I think it looks very severe.
She's a young woman...this type of dress is something she might wear in thirty years!

I think it is a lovely colour, she seems to prefer the longer length. I wonder if it is to do with climbing in and out if cars etc. Dresses blowing in the wind.
SHe wore shorter dresses in the early days of her marriage.

I think it is the hairstyle that is causing the somewhat severe look.

I like the green of the dress and the hair.
But why on earth did she start to let her eyebrows look like caterpillars? I noticed that already before and it gives me bad shivers every time I see it.

Her hair is beautiful like that. (And her eyes are unsurprisingly very green with this.)
I just don't like this dress as much as the gold one. Catherine is so tall and slim I think she needs more draping and flow, not just a tight layer of fabric.
Edit: the sparkles make this one nice in motion, but I stand by everything else.

That green dress was one of my all time favourite looks on her and it doesn't disappoint this time around. She looks great. I like that she's trying something different with her hair and appears to be embracing her curls a bit.
