I absolutely love this look. I love the print, flared fit... Well all of it. She looks great.

You are right, close up it looks interesting, but from far its
dish towel made into a dress.

I really like the checked suit, it's very cheerful, which on a dreary winter day must be welcome. I'm with others, the button and strap detail makes it look like it's on backwards. A very nice departure from the norm.

Love the red and white suit!
The designer's website crashed this afternoon:
Hello! article
The brand is actually called Eponine (like the Les Mis character), not Epinone as it says throughout this article. But it is Hello magazine so......

Cute silhouette on the red and white checked suit. I think I'd like it better if the skirt was plain, no buttons or plackets.

I like the shape and even the buttons but while I like her in red, from a distance I don't like the pattern. Happy she is trying new pattens/styles for a change though.

It was a really lovely dress/sit that Kate wore yesterday. That oink/peach color looks gorgeous on her.

Whether you like the suit or not - in a group of photos, that dress stands out as a winner. Attention grabbing and appropriate. Duke Of Cambridge Pictures And Photos | Getty Images

Standing out/attention catching doesn't always equal winner. Some of the most memorable outfits on the red carpet are the 'what was she thinking' outfits. A bright color will always stand out among dark business suits plain and simple. That's not to say that the outfit isn't appropriate, not a fan of the pattern but the style is great, but 'standing out' is not the same as 'winner'.

Duchess of Cambridge is in a grey Erdem coat (with either a pattern or some form of lace design on the front) and large hat by John Boyd for the Commonwealth day service today.
She looks to be wearing her light grey Rupert Sanderson shoes and matching clutch bag. Hair in loose curls and yet to identify her earrings

FINALLY, a hat with a brim.. which suits her so well. Being so slender [when she wears a small hat, or 'percher'] she looks like a Pencil..

Lovely as the outfit is, why can she not reuse one of the many ensembles she has previously used?
