I like the color, and the accessories, but overall, she looks too severe. Bad school uniform.

Kate's outfit today is really nice and elegant IMO, one of the nicest she has worn recently though it is way too short. I like her hair pulled back like this, it really suits her.

Really didn't like the outfit it was too short for her even without the wind blowing it up. I'm not prudish or anything but I think she shows too much leg lol. Okay for celebrities but not a future queen.

Very pretty outfit. As for the "accident", it was not her underwear, it was the skirt's lining. Nevertheless, i agree she should find a solution, either to put weights, or not to choose large and short skirts for "open air" events.

I never liked the pattern on the brown dress. As for the navy outfit, I like the skirt but I don't like the jacket.

It almost looks like Catherine legs are too long for the outfit.

I think her outfits are not porportioned to her body right or something. It always looks odd when she wears those short skirts.

I love this outfit. Catherine looks classy, and elegant. The color is lovely too.

I like that she had her hair up. It's nice to see her face and not hiding behind her hair.

Blue is my fav color and I love that she is wearing gloves.
This is a short skirt.
I said if people keep complaining about Kate's skirts I would start posting pix of real short skirts.

Yep. That's a short skirt. Very short.
And this is the length I think is suitable for Kate.

And if she skirt's sheath-like like this, it won't below up in the wind. That could be handy, now, couldn't it!

That's not a skirt, it's a nightshirt!

She does need to have her skirts weighted that's for sure, I don't know why she refuses to do it. But even so the wind didn't seem to do much damage.

Yes that's a short dress, being worn by a celebrity who is not currently dating nor married to a royal. Not sure what the point was.

Well,I guess it is very personal wheter one considers a skirt "too short", it depends on the cultural background and upbringing. Someone with a more conservative upbringing will find Catherine´s skirt´s short, while someone who is taking fashion inspirations from celebrities may find the outfit too prudish, it completely depends on the point of view:-) Coco Chanel used to say that the most unattractive part of a woman´s body is the knee, therefore she would only create dresses that went below the knee. (That´s why her fashion was considered "matronly" and old-fashioned by some young women when she was older.)
There is a common guideline used in many companies that says "a skirt should not end more than 20cm up from the knee", because extra-short miniskirts may divert the attention from the work! Using this rule,Catherine´s skirt would get a sign of approval.
