I like the ankle boots - did she also wear these for the 2012 engagement?

What I wrote is the pictures, the one from 2012, and the ones from today, could have been taken from exactly the same occasion. The outfit is identical.

I tend to agree. I'm all for getting wear out of an outfit, particularly if it looks good, but it would have been nice to have seen a slightly different take on the whole look - a scarf, a different handbag even a beret to alter the look of the hair perhaps .

A beret with a off side up do would have been beautiful. I can imagine she's only changed two aspects of her outfit from the 2012 engagement

The coat dress is okay, not a huge fan of the booties. A trip to the salon would be good, some fresh color on the hair would make a world of difference. For some reason her hair is looking very dry.

Was never a massive fan of this brown dress - reminds me too much of curtain fabric. Have always disliked those ankle boots on her - its not a popular look in the UK now and quite dated I think.

Ankle boots? They're very popular in the UK, especially the chelsea boot. Very in fashion at the moment.

Yes I agree, they're still very much in (which I am pleased about as I can wear mine for another year without feeling I'm part of yesterday

I'm not overly keen on the coat's colour, but it seems to suit Catherine and she looks good. The pattern is cute; if you zoom in you can see lots of little birds.

They're glorified riding boots. I've been in fashion for atleast 10 years.
The dress is extremely boring. She should dress more in pants. They usually look great on her.

That coat dress looks like something I would have worn in junior high. Her dark roots and grays are not too attractive, she should get a cut and a new style if she's off dying her hair.

The ladies in the BRF do not yet wear a lot of pants. It's changing, but slowly.

If she's going to continue wearing those shooties, a good brush to them would do a world of good. They're looking pretty scuffed and worn these days.
