I like her floral dress too, it suits her a lot. I used to think Louise was all Windsor, though looking at these latest photos of Sophie I can see A LOT of resemblance between her and her daughter.

There were some pictures of Louise with Sophie at a hockey match the other day, and I was surprised at how much of a resemblance I could see. I tend to think Louise looks 100% like Edward, so to notice a Louise-Sophie resemblance at all surprised me. Louise still looks more like her dad, I think, but I see more of Sophie in her as she gets older. I thought maybe I was just seeing things, but I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed!

I can see some resemblances of Sophie in Louise, particularly when she smiles as she has her dimples which James also seems to have inherited. I do generally just see Edward when I see Louise though. I definitely think she is going to suddenly become very pretty when she reaches her mid teenage years.

Yes, I was thinking the very same thing - she looks like Sophie when she makes certain facial expressions, especially when she smiles. And it's something I've only started to notice in maybe the past year. She definitely still looks like Edward most of the time, I think - sometimes eerily so! I think she was always a pretty child, and now she's clearly started to get taller and go through that tween stage (when appearance seems to be constantly changing), so I'm intrigued to find out what she'll look like when she gets a bit older. It would surprise me if she weren't pretty - I think she's always been sweet and classic looking.

Love the color of the orange dress...and even the style if it fit her better...just needs some tailoring.

Love the colour but I'm not keen on the fit. I think it doesn't flatter her figure at all - and she has a great figure.

Sophie at Frampton Country Fair yesterday. She's looking every inch the county wife. I think had she not married Edward she would have married another country guy and been a country wife.

It is a professional photographer. Tim Rooke who is a royal photographer and I imagine very friendly with all the royals. They all know who is he.

The hem of that orange dress really is not great but good on The DOE for her charity work yet again.

Sophie has been rocking it lately. She really pulls off the country look well. I can imagine this photo being on the front cover of a magazine like Country Life.

That artcie is bit unflattering: calling her "frumpy"....

I wouldn't have called her frumpy. Before her engagement she dressed like many other British young women with office jobs - it wasn't the most stylish decade. Afterwards, she was practical and smart not frumpy. I do find her very stylish and elegant now.

Until 2011, Sophie's style was very hit-and-miss. She didn't necessarily wear truly awful outfits (maybe a few times), but I think she definitely veered into "frumpy" territory on quite a few occasions. It was over the course of 2011-2012 that her style changed significantly - she looks fantastic these days, IMO.

I'm sorry but for me she was frumpy and dressed too old. She looks wonderful most of the time now .

Yes, I agree she used to dress a bit too old, and also looked older as a result. Now I think she usually looks much younger than her age most of the time. (And it's not just her clothes that are different, but her hair and makeup, too. She started putting in a bit more effort in all areas - it was a pretty notable shift).

Sophie attended a dinner at Sotheby's hosted by Prince Albert and the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation in honour of Winston Churchill on October 29, wearing a black skirt and a short jacket over a white top:
