It must have been very warm in that jacket,nice outfit .Most of the Spanish Royal ladies seem to prefer pants to skirts .

The overall look is nice. I don't like the belt and the beige blouse that much either. Elena herself looks fine, which is what truly matters.

I do not think that pattent is bad. It reminds me of Uzbek ikats. In this particular case an ikat pattern might be as awkward.
