Okay , now I see. You get used to such heels when you wear them regulary!
And Mary (like Letizia) seems to prefer such highheels. So I think she manages it quite well to walk with such shoes without pain.

Well Letizia has to wear highheels, because her husband has almost 2m and she has "only" 1,68 m

I think Mary and Letizia have a very similar style of shoes!
They even own exactly the same pair of shoes. 
I love their shoes!
