I fully agree with you. Rich colour became Lalla Meryem well. Silver embroidery was exquisite. Stilettos would have been a much better choice for the ensemble.

Lalla meryem cafta look abit different of the one of Lalla salma there is some similarity but I think the colors are different.
I don't mind the shoes

great colors and great caftan I not huge fan of the embroidery look like old fashion but I am glad she wore a caftan in the event.

I like the colours too, but all in all this caftan is way too busy, almost tacky. JMO

I agree with all of you, this is a nice outfit in a lovely shade of pink ruined by these hideous shoes.  I don't care if something is Gucci or Prada or Chanel. It can be expensive and horrible at the same time.
